A place I’ve been loyal to for over a decade, but…
I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years, but unfortunately, my last two visits left me disappointed. On my most recent visit, the pedicure was done by a young lady who tried her best, but the result did not reflect the level of care and quality I have always expected here. The nail polish application and filing were not done neatly, leaving my nails with a wavy, uneven finish.
What upset me even more is something I had also experienced before: being asked for payment while my nails were still drying and my service was not fully finished. After so many years of being a loyal customer, it was disheartening to feel this way. In the service industry, small details make a big difference in customer satisfaction. Sadly, after this experience, I will no longer be returning.

Pro: Clean location. Versatile and bilingual technicians also. They have numerous pedicure techs as we technicians .today was my first time trying them at the recommendations of my mother. My technician was Donna , I made the appointment with Alice who was the owner. I arrived at 11:40 am for my 12 noon appt . Donna began my service at 12:04p. I received a gel fill with gel polish . She pushed back my cuticles gave cuticle oils , warm towel and light message on my hands ! I asked for square shape and to leave my pinkies coffin ! Overall happy the accept credit cards and have an ATM machine. As a millennial they don't do gel x nails or Apres! But they have hard gel (imbedded) gel they also have color gels as well . No acrylic for my acrylics girlies .

I went in for nail extensions last time and pedicure they did an amazing job which is why I returned this time with my mom but this time they did a horrible job. No scrub was done no pack was done last time they did everything without saying it’s complimentary because of the extensions. Everywhere you go got a pedicure they scrub and massage your feet but here no scrub. Not going to be coming back to a place where they aren’t consistent with their services

They do a good job with pedicures and they're very reasonably priced. I always hate it when they charge extra for removing calluses, since this used to be part of a pedi. My biggest issue though is that the manager or owner(?) is very gruff, doesn't let you ask questions or make special requests when booking or even in the shop. I'm talking about things like wanting to sit next to a friend who's meeting you there at the same time or asking if a color is also available in gel. The way that she barks at staff is stressful to them and customers. I was also disappointed that they recently closed on Sundays. Aside from the manager, the technicians do a good job.

This is a lovely salon that is always busy.They are friendly, detail oriented and do their best to accommodate you. I get a regular pedicure and it last for weeks even in summer with beach and pool time. They have a great selection of gel colors too. It's my go to place.

I've been going to 4U for about a year and a half now and really enjoy their services. Their regular pedicures are one of the best in the area, I receive so many compliments. Their Gel Manicures are great and they really try to upkeep my nail health for me.

This review is given with a sad heart.Staff is great. Therefore the 3 stars.The materials used need a desperate renewal or replacement.If you want a regular mani pedi or a gel mani, yes, go for it.Powder manicures, on the other hand, stay away. That’s not their forte!
