Excellent florist! As someone who doesn't live in the area but has loved ones that do, it took awhile to find a reliable local florst. The flowers and arrangements are always fresh and beautiful, and they do a great job of sending a preview before the flowers are delivered.

And she goes above and beyond in trying to make your order right.When flowers for my arrangement weren't available (twice), she stayed in touch by phone... scouring the warehouse... to work out a suitable replacement.In these days of diminishing customer service, Lili is an example of the small business owner who cares and will go the extra mile for you.It was a pleasure dealing with you Lili, many thanks!

Received great customer service from Lili Flowers when I needed a last minute bouquet of flowers to celebrate my aunt’s Birthday. Flower delivery was prompt and she loved the bouquet of beautiful and fresh flowers.

I placed an order on their website (even before they opened their store!) and requested same day delivery. Within 3 hours, the flowers were at the door!! They even called me to confirm that the flowers were dropped off and taken in by the recipient (since it was a hot day and they did not want to leave it on the porch). The speed and customer service was unmatched, not to mention how pretty the flowers were! I will definitely order here for all my flowers now :)

I had a great experience with Lili. I put in an order the day before July 4th and she was able to meet me for a pickup on the holiday. Super accommodating and beautiful bouquet.

I purchased a floral arrangement by Flowers by Lilly for a particular occasion, paid for it, and had it delivered. The store charged me $240.00, plus delivery, plus tax. The recipient took a picture of the arrangement and I was so embarrassed. The flowers were days old surrounded by a very cheap arrangement. I called the store to complain. They said that I was ungrateful and hung up on the phone on me after yelling at me for three minutes. These people do not know how to communicate with a customer. Flowers by Lily is not operated properly and patrons must beware. The store needs to hire fine florists, not arborists. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE NASTY PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE!!! KINDLY CONSIDER SPENDING YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY WILL DO A NICE JOB AND GIVE YOU THE RESPECT AS A CUSTOMER FOR SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT THIEIR ESTABLISHMENT!!!! FLOWERS BY LILY IS A SCAM!!!

The flowers that I sent arrived looking like a very different arrangement than the one I had selected, and they arrived without a message on the card. When I called the florist to ask about this, the woman that I spoke with did not let me get a word in during the conversation. She spoke over me in a condescending tone and insisted that I was wrong. It was my first and last experience using this florist because of the customer experience.

Flowers by Lili did an exemplary job for my dad's 80th birthday. The flower arrangements were exactly what I had in mind. All my guests wanted to know where I had the arrangements done. The quality of the flowers and service was excellent. I will definitely be using them for all my special occasions. Thank you!!
