3/9/24 - Arrived at 11:30 am and it was very crowded. As always, the ramen was very good and the service was slow.

Used to eat at Santouka a lot. They didn't provide tamago (soft boiled egg) anymore. Only hard boiled egg. Doesn't worth it! Very disappointed! Not as good as it used to be.

Better to go on weekdays to avoid a long line! Super delicious and always worth the 30-40 min drive!

It's one of the best in New York, and it's cheaper than Manhattan, so I want to eat it every day.Personally, I prefer salt, but soy sauce was also delicious.

One of the more popular stalls inside Mitsuwa. Cashier was very friendly. Combo F came with a bowl of rice with salmon roe & egg salad on top. That itself was delightful in every bite. Shio (salt broth) ramen was good. The broth was thick with flavor.

Spicy miso ramen is fantastic! Especially soup (spicy medium level) and pork is amazing ?

This is one of the stalls at the Mitsuwa Marketplace food court. As the name implies, this one specializes in ramen bowls. Had the shoyu ramen (soy sauce) ramen here - regular size. The broth was very flavorful and tasted fine. However, their ramen bowl is smaller than average and they are a little stingy on the toppings. It gets the job done if you are in the mood for ramen, but there is much better to be had.

I saw there was a long line for this ramen shop so I assumed that it must be quite good. I waited close to an hour in line and when I finally tried the ramen it was very underwhelming. The ramen noodles seemed too firm and the soup broth was lacking in flavor. Almost as if it was watered down. Overall, I was disappointed with the food and don't feel it's worth the wait.

Stopped here for dinner on a Friday night in Mitsubishi Food Court. It was a crazy busy but the line moves quick and they are fast with the orders. They have basic ramen but they do it right. I lad the special pork in spicy miso and it was delicious. Reasonable price to for quality ramen.

My wife and I went here today for the first time. The food was fantastic and easily give it 5 stars. However, the girl who rung us up at the register was incredibly disrespectful and abusive. My wife's second language is English (Japanese Native), but can speak very clearly and well. When it was our turn to order she told the cashier she'd like Salt Ramen and even pointed it out on the menu specifically which items. After we gave her the order the cashier became irate, throwing her arms up saying she can't understand my wife yelling "all I hear is miso!" English is my first language (Japanese is my second) so I told the cashier we both wanted Salt Ramen very clearly. Before we could then tell her what we wanted as drinks, she finalized the order and told us to pay. My wife said she'd like a drink too and the cashier became so angry yelling at my wife "that's why I asked if you were done!!!" I hope she'll never forget the look I gave her talking to my wife who's 9 months pregnant like that.I know her issue wasn't with anything we said or did because we were nothing but courteous. Perhaps she's having a bad day, I don't know. But I do know that someone like this should not be working at a store that has thousands of visitors everyday speaking in different languages and trying their best to speak English. 次回、我慢して下さい。Update: I now see the bad reviews at this place all have to do with the same girl.

Feel like I got what I paid for. Salt ramen was solid and $2 natto rice was a deal. Some other restaurants inside Mitsuwa market have deteriorated with food quality over the years, so this ramen place is my go to place whenever I visit the food court.

Delicious authentic ramen. The tuna with rice is a perfect pair too.
