Very nasty sales’ woman who answered the phone: and not even trying to be polite, pretending she does a favor by answering the phone and the questions.
I will take my business to Ramsey Infiniti instead. Much better service there, so I would rather buy a vehicle from them.
Edit: I appreciate nice response from the owner. However, the audacity of a woman who works there is just astonishing!
She called me at least 5 times after I posted even though I told her that I do not want to talk. Yet, she pretended to be someone else and talking nicely and trying to obtain the information on the vehicle I purchased at Ramsey. Only to become nasty at the end again when I recognised her “culture” of talking to the customers!
Since she is so interested, I did purchase a vehicle I wanted. And I also do expect people to act professionally and politely in general but especially when I pay over 50k for the car!

DO NOT SHOP FROM EDISON INFINITI
This is the worst place to buy ur car. I found a car from online application where it says the car type is premium plus. That’s fine. I took test drive and asked this specific question, “is this premium plus?” Salesperson said “Yes it is” I said ok. I came back to buy this car. They said again it is premium plus. I bought it and take it to Audi dealership and they said it’s not premium plus it’s just premium. So either they don’t know what they are selling or they just want to sell anything to you.
As a customer I’m ok to buy anything but as seller you need to be clarified that what customer asking is not what we are offering and I will respect that.
ZERO TRANSPARENCY, MINUS 100 PROFESSIONALISM.
LITERALLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT NOT TO EDISON INFINITI.

I never write reviews but I am making a point to do so because of the service and unprofessional conduct at this establishment.
Salesman was smoking a weed vape pen while talking to us. Gave us the keys to the car we were interested in and told us to take our own test drive because they were busy. I should have honestly left at that point but had a long day and wanted to leave with a vehicle. Still have not received the title to my vehicle after 2 months. Buy anywhere but THIS PLACE.

I have never dealt with such disgusting customer service as I did with this dealer service department.

The bad reviews are true. Bait and switch tactics. Manager Phil talks to you like you're stupid. The sales guy Steve wasn't bad. I saw the bad reviews but gave the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Pate, who answers the phone acts like she's a sales person. She doesn't even work there. They'll say anything to get you in the door and then twist it all up when you come in and talk to you like you're crazy. Stay far far away.

Typical scamming dealer. I was told no additional fees. Waited hours to find out they charge an additional “prep” fee of 4,000 😂

I can’t say enough about Edison Infiniti. Rahul in finance saved me $40 a month by finding a bank that approved me with very little money down. And Robert, my salesman, was detailed and precise. Thank you everyone for a great experience. I will be recommending you to all my friends.

Talked to this dealer over the phone about a truck they had in stock. Asked about pricing and fees (which they said there none other than a 799 or 899 fee) before I drove 3 hours to get there. Upon arrival and ready to purchase the vehicle they then mentioned that there were about $5,000 in additional fees that weren’t mentioned over the phone. Wouldn’t recommend.

After driving half an hour to drive the car and waiting over an hour to discuss with salesman, the dealership refused to sell the car for the price THEY listed. It was a ridiculous bait and switch, we wasted over two hours of our time. It was frustrating.

my step dad purchased an acura and our salesmen rob was amazing and super helpful with getting all different prices to see what would be the best for us and the financial guy Rahul Khan was super nice and broke all the fees and protection plans to see which one would be best for us. overall loved the experience and both Rob and Rahul for their amazing customer service!

I recently purchased a gently used special edition Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership, and was assisted by Robert Berlin. Rob did a good job of understanding my needs, and when I wasn't totally satisfied after test driving an Infiniti-QX3, he suggested the black-on-black special edition Pathfinder. It took some time to work out the financing, but they eventually got me an auto loan from a credit union at a satisfactory rate. Later that night, they delivered the car to my home with a full tank of gas, and Rob was persistent in locating the second set of car keys/FOB held by the prior owner. Most importantly, it's a beautiful car that I'm very happy with!Reviewing / signing the documents with the finance guy was straightforward, and there weren't any negative surprises or disconnects from what I'd been promised verbally. My one ding - the dealership adds a 'prep fee' (not insubstantial) that is added to the gross cost of the car. I think it would be more transparent to build this prep fee into the total cost of the car upfront.Overall, I'd strongly recommend working with Rob Berlin and Edison Infiniti.
