I never bought a bed of my own until today. I went with a purple mattress because it seemed like a no brainer but the miss that had helped me out was very very convincing and helpful in this endeavor. Made sure I understood all the policies and helped me purchase everything I would possibly need for my new bed and I couldn’t be happier. Saved a couple hundred dollars too because she’s so smart and caring for her customers!

The worst customer service I have ever received ! I went there a week prior and the sales man said he would waive a fee for me. Went back a week later and the man claiming he is in charge insisted that he could not waive the 5% fee. Which isn't that big of a deal but for one person to say they can then another to say they can not is a problem. Clearly the manager does not communicate with his employees. The manager did not care one bit to try and help or even accommodate me at all. Will never go back there and will never recommend this place to anybody. I was willing to waste my money there and so happy that I did not. Maybe that's why the place is always empty because the manager is a horrible sales person.

I walked into the store and was greeted right away. The gentleman named Victor, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made the check out process easy as we had 1 simple request. He helped us get in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will recommend anyone ask for him if they come to this location. Nice visit.

I was there for a hour. Tried 3 beds than have to make a choice between two. Got my extra firm mattress and adjustable base and pillow and the Boris the store manager took his time with me.I was even given a bottle of water. This is the second time I brought a mattress from the same store over the years. I was happy with my purchase today.

I recommend this store if you are in the area. I was helped and assisted by Boris who was very knowledgable about the products he sold and answered all of my questions. No pressure to buy the first visit and I came back and made the purchase with him about a month later.

I was lucky to have a great employee, Boris, wait on me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I was not intending to buy a mattress that day - I was “shopping†and planned to make my purchase closer to home st the Mattress Firm in NH. But Boris was so great, I decided he deserved credit for the sale. They are shipping to me from their NH warehouse.
