We have been using SOMERSET for 3 decades. They have always been courteous and helpful with all our concession needs. They have a wide range of products and if it’s not something they usually carry they will bring it in when possible. Their quality and pricing is always top notch. Randy is a great sales representative and will go the extra mile to help his customer’s needs. Thank you for all you have done for our company.

What a great company. I've been using them over 10 years with no issues. I see another reviewer on here saying something about this serps. They never have them in stock. That's a complete lie and it's nonsense every time I walk in there they are fully stocked and they always have all of their syrups and offerings available. I guess there's always that one reviewer who either lies or makes nonsense up. This company is great, use them and they're well priced. A lot of the stuff that they sell is even cheaper than Amazon Amazon's not the best price Somerset is.

Bills / monthly invoices are always on time to my organization. Every time I call to order something including their brand syrups they never have them. Will be looking elsewhere for services.

This company is clueless. They do not respond to voicemails. They charge $130 travel fee for 12 miles. They are terrible. Please use someone else.

Usually a good company and very friendly and very customer service oriented. I have been calling at least once a week to contact a specific department since January, have not received a call back yet or even an email. Very disappointing.
