We had a truly wonderful experience at Open Road Volvo in Edison. By luck, we met Alex — easily one of the best sales reps we came across during our entire car-shopping journey.
It was the day before Thanksgiving, and Alex didn’t hesitate to stay well past closing time just to walk us through every detail of the car. He was incredibly patient, answered all our questions clearly, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our choice. He also offered us a great price along with a VIP service guarantee, which we really appreciated.
Overall, the entire car-buying experience was calm, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant .

I just recently went in for a new XC90 lease and Sam Allafi was my salesperson. It was a great experience, Sam was knowledgeable on what we wanted and spoke to both my Wife and I which is not always the case when we are dealing with car shopping. Also want to call out Ashley in finance who was great as well. They both made the experience very positive and answered any and all questions we had.

I posted the below review two years ago and nothing has changed. Today, we are picking up our new lease. Same excellent experience as last time with the added benefit of being able to sign all documents remotely so this time there was zero time spent at their office. Sam is amazing and highly recommend working with him.
Wow. Very pleasant experience and a very happy lease customer. No usual dealership drama. Easy, fast process. Fair pricing. Sam Allafi is def your guy! He means business, delivers and a pleasure to work with. If you come to the dealership, def ask for Sam - you wouldn’t be disappointed! The finance department was very efficient and quick. I am very satisfied and def recommend. Will be coming back when our lease expires.

Came in with my mom and was instantly greeted by Joseph Hobbs. Warm and friendly. He helped me get my Volvo XC 60. No issues, was a seamless process. 10/10 experience.
Update: I came in for my first service and Gaetano made the entire process so easy for me. I had a very busy work day and he made sure my car was ready for pick up at the time I was available. He was also kind enough to give me updates. Very professional staff and super easy to work with.
