I’ve been a customer here for a while but recently started using their wash and fold service and it’s absolutely amazing. It saves me so much time and it’s very affordable, they don’t have crazy prices and they even have pick up and delivery ? everyone is so friendly. i absolutely love this laundromat; i definitely recommend!!

The best service EVER! Very neat and communication is the best! Justin makes sure he gets all the details for my order and makes sure everything us done to my liking! Def worth every penny as Im a busy full time mom of 2 and small business owner. Best decision I made and def chose the best laundromat ♥️

I have been using this laundromat for over 10 years! Since Justin took over it has been even more amazing! He is quick to respond to any issue and always updating you on what he is doing to the space to try and make everyone's life easier! Jen has been doing my laundry as part of the drop off service for several years, my laundry is always done impeccably! She hangs what needs to be, and folds everything meticulously! If i could give more then 5 stars for both the owner and Jen I would!

I absolutely love this place. I use to wash my clothes here, but now I use the drop off service with Jennifer only lol. She is absolutely amazing. Always pleasant and nice. Our clothes are always amazing down to the folding. Never had any issues with the place even before I transitioned over to drop off service.

If I could give it a 0, I would. I went in today to wash clothes, and came out with a burnt comforter, burnt towels, and burnt blankets. The girl in the front kindly gave me the owner’s phone number, which he insisted he didn’t know what to do for me and then offered me free wash and dry services. He then texted me 20 minutes later and said that there’s a sign posted that said comforters couldn’t be put in the dryers and that he is trying to help me. The lady in the front never mentioned anything to me about a sign and neither did he during my initial call. I have never heard anything about comforters not being put in dryers, and I have put that same comforter in other laundry mat dryers with no problem. He said that he couldn’t give me $50-60 dollars because it wasn’t his fault, and mind you, I never asked him for money. Now, I’m in need of a new comforter, new towels and new blankets and I spent almost $20 in this laundry mat. I will not return again, and beware of this place because the owner will not help you if there is ever a problem; he doesn’t take responsibility for things that happen in HIS laundry mat.

Love this place...very clean and Justin the owner of the joint is very nice and very accommodating when you address a problem...very professional guy!!! Use to go to this laundromat in Rochelle park; their washing machines at times does not have hot water when you have it set for "whites"...it use to be kind of warm when you touch the glass door but lately it does not so I went to this My Laundry Room in Elmwood Park and its a big plus for me...I give it 6******.

This laundromat has great working machines and was the cleanest laundromat we ever have been to, when it comes to the change machine you have to make sure the cash is perfectly straight or else the machine won't accept it but that also works, we came 19 minutes late because we didn't even realize that the last wash was at 8:30 p.m. but the worker who was quiet and lenient didn't say anything to us about the infraction, we appreciated it and were able to get out of the establishment by 9:56 p.m. when they close at 10 p.m. and I'd say that it was only made possible because they have so many machines that are incredible l love how you don't have to pay for extra rinse and the driers are pipping hot!!! They have ample parking as well.The instructions are all clear.There was a fellow customer who was very friendly as well and helped me with the change machine, I and my family will be returning because you get the most bang for your buck! It was very peaceful.

My Laundry Room has new owners! Justin is the best. I was looking for wash and fold services. They have free pick up and delivery services which was very convenient. The clothes came back folded neatly, and they smell good. I've used services like this in the past and the clothes didn't have that fresh clean scent. That wasn't the case here. I will definitely be going back!

My Laundry Room provided the best service I have had in a very long time. Clothes came back neatly folded and smelling wonderful, Justin and the staff are professionals who enjoy giving this service to their customers. My wife and I not only appreciate the work you do, but we want to thank you for the door to door service that you also provide, especially during these times.
