These guys are courteous and professional. Took care of my Mercedes same day and brought it back to my place of work in no time. Finally found a mechanic in the area I can rely on. These guys in a a word are awesome. Been using them for 5 years - never a problem.

Serge and Chris own the "go to" automotive repair shop for myself , friends and family. They should be proud of being called an... Honest Expert Repair Shop. So refreshing in this crazy world. They've done break jobs, tires and many times... "What's that weird sound?" or " Omg, why is check engine light on?" on all our vehicles. This time they ordered and installed my new tires. Thank you!!!

This shop will take on anything and will do it in a timely manner. They won't take your whip along for a joyride. This shop is legit yo. They use great products in a timely manner. We Blessed to have a true shop in the neighborhood. We have consistent success with this dealier; cheap tires, wheels and wheeela All at a quality level.

For a few years now these guys have taken great care of my '13 Jetta. They are honest, knowledgeable, friendly and clear. They have done all my maintenance, and taken care of those VW gremlins that I'm sure others would not bother with, or charge a lot more for. Top notch work and fair prices. Highly recommended.

Great place to get work done, great customer service, and good folks. They have worked on my VW for about 3years and they not only do all the maintenance, they are tireless and knowledgeable in finding the gremlins that arise in German cars. I feel more secure about my car with them taking care of it. I find the prices are on par with other garages, but with a much better overall experience.

I own 2016 BMW 640i. With no warranty remaining, regular maintenance is critical for this vehicle. Chris is honest and always has been my go to guy for any kind of repair or maintenance request including tire replacement (they are BMW certified mechanics). If you have a car with no warranty left, get regular check up with these guys and prevent any future expensive repair.

Great shop & excellent prices. They always do great job on my truck. I don’t usually leave a review but when you see someone going above & beyond to exceed your expectations, the least thing you can do is to leave a great review because they are hard workers & professional people giving their best at their shop under any circumstances.

I'm wary of all 5-star reviews, yet here I am adding one. I called Chris to plug my runflat tire from the side of my road. The fact that he took me in last second despite how busy he was with customers is indicative of his work ethic. I intentionally waited 5 days to ensure the tire was plugged correctly and a $200+ fix at the dealership now runs perfectly at 1/10th the cost. He was affable & professional, and never rushed me or pitched me superfluous part sales. He seems very knowledgeable with BMW's and cars in general and I wanted to stay and chat longer but had to head to work. Despite the tony town address, his price seemed very reasonable.

I was recommended here by a friend and regular-customer of Englewood Cliffs Tire & Auto Repair. To say I am grateful for the recommendation is an understatement. Anyone that drives a car knows how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy and reliable mechanic to service and repair their car. This shop is a breath of fresh air.

Chris and Sergio are the example or perfect customer service and fast good work . I have been to these guys twice and before coming I always went to the shop down the street, who were too busy or were no help (what else would I get from a chain tire place) but these guy are outstanding!!!! The service is great. Last time I got a flat tire every other shop turned me down cause they were 30min to closing and these guys were the only ones who stayed and helped me out that evening. I highly recommend this place!
