I ordered part thru Toyota Website for my 2021 Venza, they offer the best prices among other Toyota dealers. Paul from parts also called me to update me about my order and status so he makes sure i am purchasing the right part and its fit to my vehicle. They care about their customers. Liked it. Definitely recommend them!

Parts department sold me a broken and used pair of cross bars which they had clearly repackaged to look like new. When I attempted to exchange them the manager Paul came out of his office like an animal yelling that I “was the one who broke them”, “he doesn’t give a shit how much I paid they’re my problem now” and “nobody will take my word for the broken parts over his”. Unbelievable how unprofessional this man was and the fact that Glen Toyota has employed somebody so crooked and unprofessional is incredibly disconcerting.

Worst experience at a Parts counter I've ever encountered. Make sure you go in there with EXACT change or Tony will not be bothered to mention he will pocket any extra change, like the $4.94 change he got for a $25.06 bill when given $30. Absolute crook.
He had the nerve to say well you didn't give me the 6¢ for the $25.06, so I said so I lose $5 because I didn't have 6¢, stormed out to the car got him his 6¢ and got the $5 I was owed.
Do not recommend. Get parts from Hackensack over this guy.

Standing at reception with 6 people working but was waiting for 10 minutes before someone decided to help me. It looked like 1 person was busy and the others were talking to each other about nonsense. Never coming back

bad experience every time I go. staff is unhelpful. services done I did not approve. incorrectly and overcharged... always trying to upsell services and a lot of palling around from the staff who leave customers waiting for help.

Excellent service!!! I wish they did state inspection here. Some people say it's cheaper to bring the car to a mechanic locally, but I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else for service! They're honest and thorough here. I LOVE GLEN TOYOTA SERVICE!!!

Good afternoon. Came here today to pick up my work car while I'm here the battery for the alarm was off. Needed help with the opening and a new battery. The gentleman (unknown name) was very helpful. If you or someone you know need any assistance with your car parts please don't hesitate and visit this place. Forever grateful. I could have been stranded somewhere in NJ. Thanks ?

I needed general maintenance and decided to go to Glen Toyota. I like my service advisor, Nick Marin. The service was great, and fairly priced. As a senior, it's important to trust a service center. I'll be back, for my next service.

A question is me.went you order parts for your car on website say $2.00 each but u want talk to parts dep say $4.50. Still order part went u seat on car look part number they order the incorrect one. Then u go back reclaim the error the put a face...I like pray the none go ask for parts.. sorry guys wont buy any more

Assistant manager Ryan was aweful. Gave me an attitude and condescending tone the whole time. When I asked him a question about why they suddenly charged me for multi-point inspections (never did before) he belittled me as a customer & raised his voice.Completely unprofessional & disrepectful. Nobody ever communicated this important info & treated me horribly when questioned. Only got the multi-point inspection & oil change bc my car needs it, but will never be back here again.
