Every time I go into my CVS I'm always greeted like a family member if I need help there they are always there to help me and the pharmacy is also unbelievable I recommend CVS to everyone

Arrived a the pharmacy window at 1:18PM. No other customers there. I asked for a flu vaccine and was told that they go on break from 1:30PM until 2PM and that I would need to come back after 2PM. I said that it is 12 minutes until their break, so don't they have time to give me the vaccine? She said no. The times I have gotten the flu vaccine before it has taken about 5 minutes. She told me to come back later. I said that I won't be back at all. This place has gone downhill so much in the past couple of years. Everybody who works there is miserable.

I think this is the last time this Pharmacy did my family wrong. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and throughout the years the staff’s quality of care has really gone below expectations. There been a few horror stores that I endured however, today I picked up cough medicine for my daughter and they never put on the cap properly so it got everywhere by the time I noticed. I called and talk to a guy who just did not seem to care. Told me that if I bring all the Soaked packaging back they can refill it. That he would tell the staff to make sure they tighten bottles. Right so I can drive 15 minutes back out and 15 minutes back home to wait for them some more. Imagine going to get an oil change just to find out that you now have low oil and they say that’s your problem to tow it there and they would talk to staff about making sure they’re putting the drain plug back. It’s completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. He added it if you don’t like it then call the one 1800 number but there nothing he can do about it.

Folks are good at the store, but it is impossible to navigate through their horrendous automated phone system. It would be more efficient for everyone if you would just allow me to speak to someone for 1 minute instead of rerouting me endlessly on your worthless phone system.
