I went to Great Clips today and had the best experience with Jessica in the Galloway, NJ location! She was so sweet and did an amazing job on my thick, long hair that I know is a pain! Honestly, I was not expecting to have a such a wonderful beautician at Great Clips (sorry) but Jessica definitely knows what she’s doing and has excellent customer service skills. Thank you Jessica! Great Clips should be so grateful to have you there. I wish I took a before and after photo of my hair.

Have had great haircut experiences here. Using the App to set the appointment is pretty accurate.
I only wish between the individual Great Clips and Corporate they make it easier to find their discount coupons. I suggest finding a way to actually update the app to store the coupons.
This would put them a step above others

I always get the haircut I ask for, and I'm always pleased with the result.
Requested style: I get a high fade, pseudo-military cut for men, starting with a 0 down at the base and fading in to the top and sides. About half an inch on top.

Basic haircut is all I need ... (yet I have been to some places that actually messed up a haircut.) Consistently good haircut (of what I have left!). People are always nice there not matter which location I visit., and I like the online registration ... no waiting!!

Took my 26 year old autistic daughter in for a trim. This is what I just paid $25 dollars for…she could have done a better job by herself. This is beyond awful.

If you can connect with the right hair cutting professional them all are pretty good, and which most of them whom all work there are. Ability to make appointments online is pretty convenient and wait time once there are pretty much as per what you would find them all suggesting online.
