No waiting. Great job on my toes. However I will take cash in the future because they charge more if you use a debit card (and did not say that ahead of time. Never encountered that in any other state.

SO HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. I got a pedicure here and my toe got so infected due to their unsanitary tools. I had to pay to go to the doctor and get antibiotics and it treated. I tried calling lucky nails and got no response, and when they did answer they told me to come in person. I showed up when they opened and the managers had no idea what I was talking about. They refused to give me a refund, argued with me and said they only offer store credit. Why would I want to go back there? They caused my toe so much pain and were so unprofessional. I will never be back.

I’ve been going to Tim and Ly at Lucky Nail Spa since 2019, and they are the best! They always do exactly what you want, but also make great suggestions when you’re unsure. I’ve tried a few other nail salons in the area, but none of them compare. I’ve recommended Lucky Nail Spa to family and friends, and they all agree—unmatched service and results every time!

My grandma recommended this place to me, the lady who did my set kept touching my skin with the dremel file and got acrylic under the nails. She also cut them too short without asking the length I want, and one of the nails is crooked. I’m never coming back here.

Van is the only one I go to now. I have had terrible experiences at other locations (being hurt over and over again) that left me a bit traumatized. Van has never hurt me, always takes her time to ensure that everything is perfect. I am no longer afraid of being hurt and can finally relax knowing that I am in good hands.

I’ve been to luckys multiple times over the past few years and I’m usually obsessed with my nails however I had a new Tec this time and she placed the acrylic beads to far from my nail bed giving the appearance they were grown out from the first day on top of this my nails were bumpy. 3 days after getting my nails they started popping off like press ons causing extreme damage to my natural nails

I have been going to Lucky Nails for years. Van is the best, my daughter and I only have her do our nails. But she books quick! They are all very nice and truly professional I recommend checking the place out. A very happy regular customer!

I have been going to this salon for about six months and for the most part have been satisfied (even though i have to keep explaining over and over again what i want every time I go there). I just came back from getting a mani and pedi and am very disappointed. I had an appt. and the tech who did my pedi and most of my mani was great but the tech who did my polish was rude and disrespectful and my nails look like a 5 year old did them. I won't be going back.
Here is the picture you asked for. I'm not used to having my cuticles painted and I don't care for the gloppy look. Thank you for your time and consideration.
That makes no sense. I have two nails that are acrylic because they broke and two on the other hand that had cracks that were fixed. No one ever mentioned a fill for all my nails and why would I need that on natural nails? I never heard any tech say I needed a fill because my nails are real. And what you say that I was told that is just not true and quite frankly it's hard to believe that someone actually said it.

It’s a fantastic place and I love my nails after coming here but why do I make an appointment and then when I get there it always takes long past it to get started that’s my only complaint

My friend and I started going to lucky nails about 6 months ago after being continuously let down by our previous nail salon. We are both so happy we made the switch and love lucky. I go every 2 weeks for my acrylics and she goes once a month and does a gel mani or pedi. Both have us have never left disappointed with the results. The techs are truly talented and are also so nice and welcoming. The nails and polish also have a lot of longevity and their prices are super reasonable. I couldn’t recommend this salon more.Services: Acrylic nails

The nails and the nail artist was absolutely perfect her name was Van but the reason I gave 4 stars was the wait time was over a half hour and I made an appointment so that part was the only no so good

I’d show a pic if they got done. Was told to sit and pick out my color. After 10 minutes of waiting a lady walks in without an appt also and they tell me to come back they’re booked until Saturday. The rudest ever. I’m changing the polish on my nails nothing extra. This is ridiculous.I see your response and if you don’t take walk ins then you say that when someone walks in.
