I ordered an expensive bottle of Yamazaki whiskey online from Dittrick’s, but FedEx was unable to deliver it and returned it to the store, which FedEx tracking confirms Dittrick’s signed for. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store over multiple months, I have not received any response or refund. I very rarely leave negative reviews but the utter lack of response and care from the Dittrick's team has been completely unacceptable. If the refund is processed, I will gladly update this review to reflect the resolution.

Great liquor store; super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of everything, willing to special order items not stocked.

I hate to give this place a low rating- I've spent thousands here, but the behavior of today's delivery person (young guy, 6/4/25) was unacceptable.
It's pride month, he repeatedly misgendered my trans girlfriend, and refused to apologize or correct himself when she corrected him.
I won't be back.

I stop here when I am going to local BYOB and forget to bring wine or beer. They have a nice selection and are competitively priced. Easy parking.

Thank you to Tina who saved my St. Patrick’s Day party! After I placed an order online, Tina called to confirm the quantities and of course I made a mistake! She corrected it no problem and reminded me of two things I forgot to order! Her customer service is beyond compare. She is so lively and polite in the store. Tina is the backbone of the store and does an amazing job! Thank you Tina! You are the best!

Been here occasionally, always good service but service was exceptional by the older gentleman today. He told me I could get 15% off if I bought 3 of the same size bottles of wine, something I didn’t realize before.

Great community liquor store. Dittrick's has no problem accommodating my organization's requests for specific orders. Even more so, they seem happy to do so. Shout out to the lovely miss Tina. We appreciate the high level of service from the staff.Union County Rugby approves this message.
