Horrible service. Manjuri or whatever her name is was condescending and spoke to me with an attitude when I asked why they wouldn’t take my return package. Apparently the QR code needs to valid within 24 hrs? Makes absolutely no sense. Seemed like they got a kick out of inconveniencing someone. These ladies at the front need to learn some MANNERS!

I am not complaining about the people working here but their weird policy.
I have a QR code shipping label with the shipping date on it. The label allows me ship in a 3days window and the date on it is the last day I can use it. Then this usps says I can’t ship it before the date on it. This doesn’t make any sense.

I really do my best to be kind to people who work with the general public all day, as I realize at times it can be difficult. But, the manager, so she says, that woman is intentionally difficult and inflexible even argumentative! She makes things unnecessarily complicated and she refuses to see reason . Just do your job! Which you are lucky to have.Stop making everything so difficult! Would it kill you to smile back at me when I say hello???
I went in the other day for a refund for a guaranteed service which they could not provide. This is at least the second time she told me I was wrong and stormed off to the back only to have someone else give me the refund. When I asked for a manager I was shocked to learn it was her. She became very argumentative with me. She was spewing nonsense! I don't understand why people are so Rude!

We have not been receiving all our mail and sometimes we don’t get any mail for three or four days I’m waiting for magazines and nothing comes I don’t know why we don’t get mail for almost a week it’s ridiculous I just want to know why this is happening

The level of customer service at this location is beyond despicable. The lady was literally only trying to upsell me and being very unclear about the fees from the beginning. When we first entered, she asked if we wanted an expedited fees, my wife and I debated and CLEARLY told her no when we decided. About 75% into the transaction, she asks me for the check and throws an expedited sticker on the envelope. She makes it sound like it’s our fault, and says, “Oh that’s what you said.” I asked her again how much extra the total would be, and she said $81. (Earlier she said approximately $100). We get to the end and there’s another $75 on the screen for the USPS charges. From what should’ve been a simple transaction of approximately $175, turned out to be $300 cause of the woman’s rude and ineffective customer service. I believe the name of the sales rep was Manjari or Manjuri, but she was HORRIBLE!!!

Worst service ever! We went in during the passport walk in hours and the woman flatly refused to do it. Her reason, she is the only person and hence cannot do it. Laziness and incompetence personified.

Friendly staff. The forms section for certified, arrival etc was all but empty. Needs better maintenance in that area. A basic stamp vending machine would be nice too

My favorite post office . The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Everything is done clearly and quickly, no fuss . Love the place . I wish this office to prosper and the staff to be healthy and happy !

Not sure who the old staff was that warranted the negative reviews, but the current ones are great. The women at the one window was friendly, and Evans who helped me with my passport photo was extremely polite and helpful. Great post office experience here.
