Got my nails done on Friday, noticed something was wrong with 3 of them Monday/Tuesday. Typically I don't stress about it, but needed to be vaca ready. Vi fixed the nails, no charge. Love Danny & Vi. Happy Customer for 10+ years!!!!

I use to go to this place and at first they were great , over a matter of months things changed they started to switch my tech every time I went that person not available this other not available, the work got worse and worse the last time my color was chipped and my nails were lifted after 3 days when I called to get them fixed not only did they charge me MORE money to fix them they sat there giving me dirty looks and talking about me in their language this is unacceptable for any customer not to mention some who is in business has owned their own business and knows customers come first ! Again it seems if they are not get money for every little thing they care nothing about you ! You should NEVER charge your customers to fix YOUR mistakes ! That is business 101! A local business owner and consumer

If I could give no stars I would. Got a gel manicure and less than 5 days later, it started chipping badly (I even wear dish gloves when I do the dishes). I called the shop and they said come in and they’ll fix, no charge. I went in and I think it was the owner that fixed it (the lady that is dating the guy that works there…). Well, the next day, most of my nails (yes, including the ones that were fixed the day before) started chipping badly. I called and talked to that guy that works there (he was even sitting next to the woman that repaired my nails when I came in). I said I’d like my money back, I’m happy to come in and show him how awful the repairs even turned out. He started yelling at me and I asked him to lower his voice, there was no reason to get so upset, I just felt that this was unfair to me as a paying customer. He then said I was lying. I said there must be a problem with the polish or something. He said it’s not his polish, it’s that I’m a liar.

Stopped coming here after much drama ensued and Ryan no longer worked there. Nails were never up to par other than when I got them done by Ryan!

Went to queens nail today. Been going there for an over a year and not once I walked out upset till today. The girl that usually does my nails it's on vacation so I booked with the owner as I trusted they know best or next to best how to do nails. That was not the case to say I am fully disappointed it's underestimated! I must of showed the owner 10 times photo of my own hand and nails done by their staff before I was very specific on the shape and style. The owner was too busy watching a show on his phone while doing my nails that the shape turn nothing as I requested . When I voiced my concern and said you will give me the shape I was showing you right!? He said oh it's hard now as acrylic was on as if that's my fault I said I showed you my photo over and over from the beginning that I walked in. He not only messed up the nails the way he done them they look as if they had a full week full growth on. I walked in for full set I walked out with my nails showing not covered by acrylic and nail polish. As frustrating as this was it was time to do my toes. I got bunch on skin nipped on to bleeding point now causing me swelling and pain which now I have to medicated. Voiced my concerns to owner and still got charged full price not only that I pay for a year in cash so they give discount well today because I was upset even paying in cash I did not even get the discount I usually get. Will not be a returning client sadly I am fair but 110$ for that and no respond to me showing and voicing these issues will not have me as a returning client. I leave on vacation tomorrow and it's sad to say how disappointed I am feeling I hate the way they look and I am upset at the toe swelling and the amount of discomfort I am feeling.

Very kind and nice but horrible service. The nails were shaped like a box when i asked for an almond shape. The man who is supposedly the manager did my nails and they looked like a child painted them. Horrible i definitely do not recommend!
Requested style: I asked for french tip acrylics with a line of silver. But the stylist clearly couldn’t do this simple style.

Absolutely awful customer service after attempting on 2 different occasions several months apart. I've been ignored without even acknowledging my presence, I've watched people walk in off the street and sat while I remained sitting, having arrived early for my appointment and then asked to wait another 10 minutes after they realized they ignored me. Would never return or recommend .

Owner or manager, not sure what to call him, is extremely rude. Pedicure is trash. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the women that did my nails and toes were niceServices: Pedicure
