I always choose Route 17 Nissan. I never have to wait and I’m always treated with excellent customer service.My family and I recently leased three vehicles from them. All three vehicles drive beautifully! We are very happy to stick with Nissan.We worked with Andrew and Richard. They are amazing! They really worked with my family. They showed compassion and understanding. They treated us like family.Thank you!

I was looking for car and I went there thinking that they will help me .But they sawva woman and they try to screw me up especially sexist manager!! Car which they try to sell me had a squeaking breaks but they play like nothing was wrong!What a waste of time. If you are a woman buyer don’t go there!!!

***Very unprofessional***Had an appointment set. When I arrived there was not a sales rep available or the car ready.The receptionist found my appointment, wanted me to fill out a credit application without seeing the car.After I was finally able to sit in the car the receptionist again wanted me to fill out a credit application. At this point I still had not driven the car.Ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes, still not meeting with a sales rep or getting to drive the car.Who buys a used car without driving it?

This is my 3rd lease term with Nissan and it was a lot quicker and painless than my previous experience with 2 other Nissan dealerships. Jaime was phenomenal he was very patient and helpful. Rich helped me get the deal I was looking for and I left a happy customer with a new lease!

Hello, I went tonight at this dealership to get another car for my family . I found Nissan Pathfinder 2019 with 7079 miles on it and price tag was $28 close to $29000. I applied trough my bank for pre approval and after I searched for the same car found it listed for $25,490 . The salesperson was very dishonest as was his manager . They tried to sell me the same car for the first price and and also I had lower interest rate from my bank for the same car then what they tried to give me . Very dishonest people . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody . This people don’t care about customers only about their pockets . I will contact manager of that place Mr. Esposito and will let him know what his managers and sell people are doing for sure .

Just be prepared if you lease with them and then decide you DO NOT want to lease again, they will charge you with a $421.00+ fee, which they swear they explain when you sign a contract. I promise you it was NOT explained. I have leased from many dealers before and never been charged if I do not lease another car with them. Car was in great condition and had only 20,000 miles for a 3 year lease. This is BS

Very pleasant and helpful. I got the factory recall item fixed and they did a free systems check with printout. They did not recommend any other service. In sharp contrast to the other dealer I brought my other car who wanted to charge me for all kinds of unnecessary services.

Such a waste of time walking into this dealership. Spoke with Anthony on the phone received a quote. Go into the dealer only to wait around to be told yeah no that’s not gonna happen. What kind of douchebags sales people that don’t stand behind their words just to get you in the door.

The best I've had for a used vehicle trust me I left happy with no worries my salesman Danny went above and beyond for me as well as Joe Cerreto the finance manager hooked me up with a extended warranty which you need with a used vehicle. At the end of the day it was no BS they never pressured me to buy and made me fill lime family 10 thumbs up !!!!!! Entire staff is great.
