Nail polish all over my toes. Complete mess. Treated myself to a pedicure and highly regret it! When I told them there was nail polish on my toes and I was smudged she handed me the acetone. No attempt to try and help me. I’m very much pregnant and it’s noticeable! I wanted to treat myself and came here hoping to get a simple pedicure, not to bend and try and fix my own nails. I could have done that at home for free! Waste of money! Picture is of toes after I cleaned them and still they look horrible. You can even see where the nails aren’t painted.

I'm impressed, it was my first visit to Hollywood nails for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The place was busy. I found it very clean, no nail salon chemical smell. The nail tech did an absolutely perfect and thorough job on both my pedicure and manicure. It looks beautiful. I will be back next time I need services

Walked out. Tech used a file that obviously had been used before (could see the white where previously filed nails). Then proceeded to use cuticle clippers on himself (piece of skin on his finger). Then watched him try to clean off blades of clippers with his nail. No new sterile pack opened with clean tools. It grossed me out. The manager/owner was very apologetic and offered a new tech. My daughter and I still chose to leave. Did not feel comfortable at all.

I had such a great experience at this salon! This was my second time here with my first time just getting a regular manicure. I booked my appointment with Lindsie and she was so sweet and professional. I got my nails done for prom and I wanted to make sure they were perfect. Lindsie was so sweet and made sure I liked the color I chose to match my dress. This salon met my expectations and I will be coming back for another full set!!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I just drove 1 hour to the salon, and was told the woman I had an appointment with (Mae) couldn't do an LCN fill because she wasn't trained to do a white tip. (That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard of, especially from a nail salon.) She could do something different instead, but it would cost over $20 more. I told her that the listed price is $50, not $70, but she insisted that she couldn't do the service I requested. A man came to the front desk and confirmed that Mae couldn't do an LCN fill, and his mother was the only one that could do it. However, she wouldn't be available for at least 1.5 hours. They were very unprofessional and not at all apologetic. It would have been nice if they told me the correct information over the phone, and saved me from driving an hour for no reason. I left the salon and couldn't believe how I was treated. They clearly do not value their customers. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Lindsie is the absolute best, she did my prom nails and they’re the best my nails have ever looked. she was fast, gentle and did amazing on the shape and design!!
