I went in the bank today to pay my credit card.the women at the drive Thur made it her business to come from behind the counter to ask was I waiting for someone at the desk, I replied yes, she then asked me what was I looking to do. I told her that I came to pay my credit card. Need I remind you she works at the drive thru, however she made it her business to come and question me. Another incident was I went there to check on my account and I dropped my cell phone case, the male employee picked it up with two fingers as if it was dirty.there were other incidents as well. I feel as though I was treated in kindly,race seemed to play a part and I don't want to have my money in a place where the employees are unprofessional and non friendly or courteous. I will be taking my money out of this bank.

I recently had some issues with my checking account. I visited the Hazlet branch and found everyone very helpful to solve my problem with my account. I worked with John Farrell who was very knowledgeable and followed up every detail to ensure my account was back up with no issues. Great customer service!

Middletown branch closed because of an accident. You’d think they’d allocate some tellers to other branches! Went to Hazlet.Poor tellers swamped.Handled transactions with a smile and very good customer service. Kudos to them

Listen I know counting coins Isn’t the best part of being a bank teller. Don’t turn down a customer because we have to count change. Poorly operated customers come second to management.

Love this bank. Extra 20 checking is amazing. What bank gives you 240$ a year?? The bill pay feature online is pretty awesome too.
