Management is glacially slow to respond to problems. Lots of over promise and under deliver. After emailing them about the same issue for over two years they finally arrived at a solution.

Terrible.

Hot water issues annually since I moved in almost 3 years ago, every time being assured it has been fixed for good. Management company is terrible…they’re not even in the state of New Jersey, so they have no clue what is going on and they are very slow to respond. Going on 7 weeks of inconsistent hot water with a whole building of 40+ apartments sharing 1 hot water heater because the second one broke (currently ZERO hot water for anyone in the building for the last 5 days).
It’s a completely enraging process which we have had to involve the local health department, local councilmen, and a tenant advocate. They’re still charging us a hot water surcharge each month even though we’ve been without it! No compensation for what we’ve endured as a building.
We have also had issues with the key fob system not working (literally everyone being unable to get into their own building at night) and issues with packages being stolen. It’s all just the tip of the iceberg with this building. There is poor management that is shady and mostly absent. Not to mention the terrible location next to the Hoboken projects with drug deals going on at all hours requiring frequent police presence and fire truck involvement.
Run far away from this building! Nothing about it is “luxury” and the whole building is currently without any hot water (again). I never write bad reviews because I don’t want it to affect anyone’s livelihood but in this case it is important for potential tenants to be aware of what they would be getting themselves into.

Noisy.
Management doesn’t care and never responds.
Issues take years to solve.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Look for some other place - avoid this building.

Living at 600 Harrison Street has been great so far! The location is convenient and I feel very safe. The maintenance manager Nelson is very helpful and attentive! Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. I am happily renewing my lease.

Living at 600 Harrison Street has been better than expected. The apartments are roomy and spacious. Any maintenance/service request is quickly repaired and the gym in a building is a pure luxury. I’m looking forward to renewing my lease and staying another year here at 600 Harrison Street.

STAY AWAY! This is literally the building of nightmares. The management company is condescending and unresponsive. Rudolph Tinaj is the absolute WORST building manager I have ever encountered. He should not be employed anywhere. Our air conditioner broke for two weeks in August and he chose to belittle the situation. The buildings hot water breaks at least once a month. Rudolph, and his management company chose to ignore and be passive aggressive in their responses as we consistently went DAYS without hot water. Also, keep in mind this is the worst neighborhood in Hoboken. Stay. Away.

Moved in to the building in the spring of 2022 and was thrilled to find a modern building with a fitness center for a reasonable price.Since the start of my lease, we’ve experienced a full month without the ButterflyMX intercom working, two separate occasions where the hot water was out for 3+ days at a time, and extremely poor communications from the property manager, Choice New York. This building is from 2017, but is not being maintained well, and it’s a shame that I have to write a review to hopefully shed some light on the poor management we are experiencing.

For price, quality, and location, 600 Harrison is the best option in Hoboken. I say this because my gf and I spent months combing listings online in the area and always felt like we had to compromise significantly on one of the above- price, quality, or location. With 600 Harrison we have a beautiful place at a price we can afford and feel like we have the COMPLETE support of management. Dennis specifically was outstanding. He helped each step of the way and was always a eager and willing to work with us to make our move experience great. I can’t say enough how happy we are and would recommend strongly to anyone to consider 600 Harrison.

Where to start with this. The apartments aren’t bad. The location isn’t great but the price is reasonable. Be careful with the ownership. They will not work with you or make your life better. They made me sign a longer lease than I was comfortable with to allow me to stay. Then when I tried to work with them they were terrible. They didn’t work with me or try and make it easier. They do not care about the tenants at all. I would tell people to avoid this apartment building at all costs. There are way better options in Hoboken. The shuttle is something that they are considering doing away with so be careful if you rent and they decide to do thatWhen I tried to work with them to get someone else in or help them find a longer term renter I was met with no help and that if I wanted to change anything it would cost me more.Avoid at all costs!!

600 Harrison is a new apartment complex in phenomenal condition. Located at the heart of Hoboken with access to the light rail, ferry, and citi bike docks. The manager (Kim) in the building is a pleasure to get along with. Gym is my favorite part of the amenities its gorgeous with an outstanding view of of the courtyard as well. Much quieter scene here in Hoboken with easy access to the city! Highly recommend to anyone contemplating a move.

Where to begin? Our entire experience at this building has been HORRIBLE. The management is completely incompetent. They do not seem to care about their tenants at all. They can't get the most basic things correct. The lack of a doorman is a big issue. We locked ourselves out once, and it took 2+ hrs for someone to drive from Bayonne to the building to walk across the street to get a key. Smart. There have holes in the walls almost the entire time we've live in the building, the latest one leaking the small of raw sewage. The building is noisy. We can hear our neighbors breathe. You can hear the HVAC on the roof (we're not even the top level). The parking spots are so tight, I've seen a some scrap their car trying to park.Oh, and did I point out that it's right next to public housing, and I've more than once seen drug deals take place in front of the building.I'd be willing to bet they will post a note on this public forum saying they want to help, but I'll tell you I've already reach out privately, and they essentially told me they have no interest in helping out. I would not be surprised if they tried to keep our deposit, even though we've kept the apartment well maintained. The building is hemorrhaging tenants. Half our floor is empty. Not a good sign.AVOID THIS BUILDING!UPDATE: The building is now SUING as for breaking the lease. When we went to pay the additional rent due, it was no longer available online to pay. Now, three months later, we are being sued by the building for the rent plus attorney's fees.DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING. THEY ARE SCUM!

Can’t help but echo a fellow tenants comments about the management of this building. Besides the lady who does the trash and cleaning, who is awesome management has been completely absent and tardy (and that’s being kind). From day 1 our move in was completely forgotten about, we have several issues with our bathrooms, and have floorboards buckling. Missing dumbbells from the weight room, unresponsive virtual doormen, the list goes on.That’s all before the noise. It sounds like a sorority/fear house every night in my apartment. The duct for the laundry runs directly up to my neighbors living room. I get to hear all the noise. Not to mention the concrete floors do little do cut out the stomping from above.Update: If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Management is only responsive when they want something from you. No doorman. Things constantly breaking. OH and MGMT will try to keep your security deposit to redo the cheap primer they put on your walls.Update: If you look at the recent 5 star reviews they all happened on the same day! Coincidence ? Or scamming the system ?Meanwhile, my apartment had a sewer pipe leak for 5 months before they fixed it! Now there has been a massive hole in the hallway for 40+ days. Also, half the gym is broken and dumbbell sets get stolen. Zero Response from Management.Still do not know where my security deposit is:46:8-21.1 Return of deposit; displaced tenant; termination of lease; civil penalties, certain.Within 30 days after the termination of the tenant's lease or licensee's agreement, the owneror lessee shall return by personal delivery, registered or certified mail the sum so deposited plusthe tenant's portion of the interest or earnings accumulated thereon, less any charges expended inaccordance with the terms of a contract, lease, or agreement, to the tenant or licensee, or, in thecase of a lease terminated pursuant to P.L.1971, c.318 (C.46:8-9.1), the executor or administratorof the estate of the tenant or licensee or the surviving spouse of the tenant or licensee soterminating the lease.
