Our family is grateful for Deb and the warm staff at Angel Paws. Deb is an experienced, professional Miniature Schnauzer groomer. When our first MS became blind, Deb and her team handled her with love and gentleness. Our new MS had been hand stripped by the breeder for almost a year, and Deb was able to make the smooth transition to clipping her. Angel Paws knows what they are doing, and our dogs have benefited from the calm, quiet atmosphere for almost 15 years. We highly recommend Angel Paws.

Very active store right on the main drag of New Hope. Easy parking in the back of the store. They did a really nice job with our puppy.

I was was referred by my neighbor to check Angel Paws for grooming services. Her and I both had the worst experience. There were poor communication skills and very rude behavior. Not to mention that it is very pricey and owner neglects to mention fees until pick up. This is will be my first and last time. I do not recommend this place.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Angel Paws! We've taken our large 100 lb bernedoodle here many times and the groomers and front desk staff are kind, professional, and efficient! Sara, our groomer, is amazing. She knows exactly what to do with our pup and she has a ton of patience! She listens and is good at what she does. Even though Deb (owner) isn't Welly's groomer, she still treats us like it and goes above and beyond with helping us with any questions we may have. I love this place and highly recommend! I won't ever take our pups anywhere else!

I was looking for a groomer for my anxious puppy. I was nervous bringing her to a groomer for the first time as a first time dog owner and didn't know what to expect. Angel Paws was great from the first time I spoke with them on the phone to when I met them in person. They eased my concerns and were great when handling my puppy, especially Sara. Pricing was reasonable, it was a safe and clean environment, and I could tell they love dogs and work very hard. They were short staffed (as is everyone) because of the lingering effects of the pandemic, but they made sure my puppy was taken care of, took the time to call me 20 minutes before she was ready to be picked up, and reassured me that all went well. I highly recommend Angel Paws for dog grooming.

Groomers did a fine job and seem to care for the pets. The owner on the other hand was rude and incompetent. She referred to my dog as "it" and pulled her so hard I thought she would choke her. I watched patiently as another customer was given the wrong dog at checkout and the chaos that ensued due to the owner's inability to stay organized and focused. The price for a basic bath and nail trim were outrageous, and the anal gland care that I asked for wasn't done due to a lack of communication from the owner to the groomers. When I asked for it to be done I was charged an extra fee despite their mistake. Truly...just not the most comfortable experience.

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on Bolt & Giselle today - I asked for a specific cut and look for Bolt and they did an outstanding job! Giselle is over 15 and they take such great care of her - Bolt is in a sporty Suburban cut after years in a long show dog cut for his next chapter of dog sports - both left very happy! Thank you for doing great grooming on my cockers for well over 12 years -

We took out Labradoodle pup to Angel Paws for her 1st haircut. They were great with our pup and spent 2 hours with her. Did a great job with the haircut and grooming. I will definitely take my pup back there.

Took my small dog there for a hair cut and they poked his eye . They didn’t tell me about it . I noticed my dog’s eye was swollen the next day. This place cost me $ 400.00 in vet bills. We are back at Pet Smart were we never had a problem . This place is just worried about their tips .

July third my dog went in for grooming . We never had a problem with my dog’s behavior in the three years he has been getting haircuts. This time the groomer claimed he was been very difficult and could not finish the haircut. After I picked him up I noticed he was squinting his right eye. Later a veterinarian told me he had an eye ulcer caused by something sharp poking him in eye. My dog probably freaked out after the groomer poked him the eye. It would have been nice for her just to tell me the truth instead of worrying more about her tip.
