This was my first time getting car insurance and the Allstate hotline did a terrible job getting me started but this specific firm didnt help much until they had to remake my policy for the THIRD time. Sure enough, my car is in a hit and run and a spectator takes a picture of the truck that hits me and calls the police. $3300 in damage and they gave me $1081. I have full coverage, I wasn't in the car and the car was parked yet im paying 66% of the cost.

The worst insurance agent I had to deal with, whenever I call to ask claim, policy, coverage or even billing question they openly tell me to call after 5pm when they closed so customer service can help me, and customer service is asking why my agent is not helping as it’s their job
