There’s no car wash experience better than splash n dash. It’s really a hidden gem of Jersey city. When you pull up your car is hand washed from the outside and the team doesn’t miss a speck of dirt. The vibes are always immaculate and the music and atmosphere turn a chore into a great time. They’re right next to Firestone so it’s easy to bring my car for a wash after being serviced. I am a huge fan of the rewards splash stars system and I tell all my friends to use splash n dash. They take such good care of their customers! Their interior work can’t be beat and such a great value for the whole wash. I always leave smiling. Couldn’t recommend George and his team enough. Love it here!

Really pays attention to detail. If you’re in an extreme rush, this isn’t the place for you. But you also then aren’t trying to get your car as clean as they do. Detail and perfection takes time and they understand that. First time here and will definitely be back

Brought my car in for the first time this week, and they did a great job. The car had special needs due to an incident I had the previous day in a bad storm, and the staff did their best to clean the affected area. Overall, the car looked great after the wash. I'm picky about car washes and typically prefer to wash my car myself, but these guys did a good job. I recommend giving them a shot.

Horrible service
My car wasn't cleaned properly and various locations were missed inside the car which were dirty. When I pointed it out then the manager got agitated and accused me of micromanaging and demanded extra money. When I fought back, he did clean the area without additional money but they clearly want to rip you off. I also saw them cursing another customer. So not just 1 incident but 2 incidents. The manager seemed to have an attitude but the workers were polite. If you want to have a peace of mind then never go here. No one is becoming rich or poor by $20 but no one wants this headache of dealing with rude people even for a car wash.
Overall bad quality work and even worse customer service.

For some reason, I haven’t gotten my car washed in two years. And this was a great experience!!
Very affordable and they did a good job washing the outside and the inside. It honestly feels like I got a detail. Will try my best to wash my car more often now.

First time coming here and definitely my last. When I pulled in, nobody asked what service I wanted or explained anything — they just started washing my car. I told them I only wanted an exterior wash, and they said OK.
After the wash, they didn’t even drive my car properly — the side mirrors were still wet and they never opened the trunk to dry that area. When it came time to pay, I was charged $33.59 for an exterior wash on a small SUV, even though the sign clearly says $22 for small SUVs and $27 for large ones. When I asked about it, the guy acted like he didn’t understand and just rushed me to pay since other cars were waiting.
Overall, the whole experience felt unorganized and dishonest. I won’t be coming back. Spend your money somewhere that’s upfront about prices and actually cares about doing the job right.

I spent 45 minutes waiting for them to clean my car and when I pointed out few spots he’s telling me I gotta go because he has other cars waiting???!! What kind of service is this? Whoever is in charge is rude and disrespectful and only cares about quantity vs quality.

I got a car wash. The 24 dollar one?!?!
I'll never go anywhere else again. They took their time, was so professional and thorough. Got in all the nooks and crannies. Yeah. Superb. First time I've left a review for a car wash and I am doing this WHILE they are vacuuming my seats. I'll definitely come back.
