Horrible customer support. I am regular customer at this location. Today, I gladly ask to use the bathroom and the cashier guy only said in negative behavior "go to McDonalds"....I asked him. Why you don't allow the customers use the bathroom as usually other Walgreens do? And he refuse to answer my question. Rude and unprofessional staff.

The managers here are incompetent and devoid of the basic human intelligence nessisary to operate any type of business. The most simple of issues is enough to derail thier entire thinking process.

The staff at the Walgreens Pharmacy is horrible. They pick up the phone and don’t even tell you they are putting you on hold. I requested to have a prescription filled and they said it would be ready in an hour (it wasn’t) they handed me two other medications and not the one I requested over the phone, I went to pick up the medication the next day and a staff member told me there isn’t anything ready - then told me the insurance isn’t paying for it until the next day. She recommended I call and request the medication again. These issues have been on going with the miscommunications and customer service they provide. Also, the requesting a refill online does not work at all and it’s a waste of time in this location. I will call the BBB if this continues to be an issue.

Lazy staff, they will not try to help you get an issue with prescription resolved. A 10 min call to CVS and my problem was resolved. What a difference of quality personnel!

The worst pharmacy service ever. The lady that served me was extremely unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately she didn't have a tag name nor its printed on the receipt but truly felt insulted at this pharmacy.
