I had an excellent experience with C and L. This was my first time dealing with an auto shop and insurance, and they made everything smooth and stress-free. My car’s front bumper was damaged, but now it looks brand new. Highly recommend!

They were excellent.. They went over everything with me the woman at the front desk. Heidi is amazing. All the guys that work, there are very friendly they explain everything to you. The car was even finished before it was supposed to be and they contacted me for every step even through text message. I will be back for anything in the future thank you.

I wanted to like C & L auto body in kenvil. During the estimate they were so nice. However I couldn’t be more Disappointed after picking my car back up from repairs. I have never felt so disrespected. My car was filthy dirty on the inside. You’re supposed to put the curtesy mats down before you get in with your dirty shoes. So unprofessional. At least the work is parented byTravelers Insurance or I would be even more Disappointed.

Kenvil c&l team is amazing. Their work is great and i love how they send text messages weekly to keep you updated with ur project. Besides their work looking amazing the time it takes to complete projects is way faster then another local body shop I've delt with

Great office personnel and excellent, pro-active text updates on the progress of the repairs. Car looks great. The only negative part of my dealing with C&L is that I was supposed to pick up my car at 8:00 AM which is when they are supposed to open. Nobody arrived to open the place until 8:20 AM.

Never easy to be involved in an accident but this was by far the smoothest process I have ever been involved in. I was hit by a geico insured motorist who was determined to be at-fault. Geico recommended C&L as a partner shop. I had an appointment with them within a week of the claim being processed. C&L walked through the damage with me, gave an estimated timeline for completion. Enterprise met me at the shop with my rental. In and out within 15 minutes. C&L kept me updated as my car went through the repair. They completed the job two days earlier than originally estimated and handled the return of the rental car. They stand by their work for the lifetime of the car. Highly recommend.

I brought my car to that C & L and the repair was incomplete and they let the battery die. During the time I left my car they didn't even turn it on. Now I have to buy a new one. Before that I had no problems with that.

Fantastic, friendly, and fast service. If you have Geico car insurance there's nowhere else that can give you a smoother experience to get your car repaired and back to pristine condition after enduring an accident.

The communication from start to finish was excellent. I knew when the estimate was completed and projected time frame. Staff is extremely friendly and very informative.

Extremely disappointed. I've been to this body shop numerous times as a repeat customer. I took my car in for an estimate and through numerous follow-ups and "we're sending it today" responses ... I still have not been given an estimate for work to be done to my car.
I'm looking somewhere else. If you can't take care of repeat customers, you lose them.

Body work looks good and was done quickly. Front staff would benefit from customer service training. Also, they have an automated service update system, but aside from the initial text I never received updates about the work.

I would never recommend this auto body shop. I got into a rear end accident and My car did not have a check engine light before my accident. I explained this to the child that was working the desk. Mind you children run the front end with 0 customer service skills. I explained to 3 people that that check engine light was not on before my accident. I felt ignored so I reiterated my point that I don’t just want my check engine light turned off I would like it to be checked out. When I get to the shop to pick up my car the light was off. 15 minutes later back on. I’m taking it to my mechanic and getting an estimate for the repair. I hate that the insurance recommends this shop. Beware and read the reviews.

We were referred by our Insurance USAA. They did a great job on our Audi and finished 2 weeks early. They even dropped the car off at our house when we couldn’t get there and took our rental back for us. Thanks again
