I am a diabetic and I ordered the medication for my diabetes by the refuah pharmacy month of the month , and the second month in a row that I ordered my medication and they said they’re gonna deliver it on Friday he didn’t show up , they said they’re gonna deliver it on Sunday they didn’t show up , and now was Monday morning and he says that they’re gonna go out for delivery at 5 pm. It could come between five and 8:30 pm. I don’t think this is a practice that should be done, I think customers that need to take the medication in time. Should be able to have the medication in time. I’m sorry it’s very very bad practice. Thank you.

Asked for three minutes of flexibility for the first time as a customer for over 5 years. Staff was rude and dismissive. Will never use them again.

Great convenience although the workers there are no help and have major attitude issues. Maybe replace a few and things will improve.

Nice store and good service.They need to fix one small issue, when you walk in to pickup a prescription they should prioritize the fill instead of filling others and make you wait at the store for 15-20 minutes.
