2. Very knowledgeable Sales Team: Mohamed was extremely helpful. Knows the business very well.
3. The installment crew was great. Mike's Team did a great job.
And I really enjoyed watching their work.

Took delivery of a Washer and within 6 weeks it stopped working leaving us with a week of laundry to do. Contacted Aurora in Customer Service who went to work along with our Salesman Mo to get a brand new replacement delivered within 48 hours. Amazingly great service that allowed us to get right back to the laundry routines at home. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased a range, microwave, refrigerator and a dishwasher from Mrs.G. Appliances on October 10, 2024. My delivery date was October 15, 2024. Mikey T and Jose were my delivery persons. Mikey T and Jose were outstanding. They were very knowledgeable with the installation process. They answered all of my concerns. I was very impressed with their courteous and professional work ethics. Awesome young men!!!!!!!

I bought a refrigerator from Mrs. G Appliances 28 years ago and was delighted that I could get a very similar model when I needed a new one this week. Like 28 years ago, I called Mrs G when I needed a refrigerator (the day before yesterday) and the new fridge (Whirlpool 14 cubic ft/28 inch; GE before) arrived today. A very helpful team set everything up for me, including accommodated the additional assistance with installing the fridge on as needed basis. It is nice to see this family-owned business, as well as my old fridge, continue so well for almost three decades. Thank you Mrs G in Lawrence, NJ, for excellent appliances, service, and delivery - especially to Andrea who has made the arrangements for my new fridge so efficiently and kindly, and the delivery team Mike and Manny!

There are many appliance companies but only one Mrs G! Dealing with multiple brands from many sources they can satisfy anyone of your needs or preferences.
But it is the heart of this company that sets them above and apart of their competitors!
Andrea Churner provided us with superb service! Giving us choices, timing, pricing, and recommendations.
But the real plus came when we wanted to change our order and this is what makes Mrs G and Andrea different. Immediately available with a smile Andrea rolled up her sleeves and within minutes made changes and we were back in business.
Mrs G don't just sell for today, they sell for the future! Rest assured they will see us again.

The exact make and model of what we wanted was in stock, but the only one available was a floor model. Mrs. G gave us a discount without us even asking. Fast delivery and removal of the old appliance went smoothly. This is the second appliance bought at Mrs. G and have been very satisfied both times.

This was my third time buying an appliance at Mrs. G's. It's so much better to buy locally and have them scheduled to install. Much more personal service than you would get from the big box stores and better pricing.

Sales: 5 Star
Customer Service and Follow Up: 0 Stars, absolutely horrible. I’ve tried to contact the warranty department multiple times. No one ever answers and no one ever gets back to me. Once you buy their products, you’re in your own.
Mrs. G really is filled with such helpful people that make the purchasing experience pleasant. With that said, I’ve had several instances that have surprised me because I expect better of their customer service. Every time I call, I’m asked to leave a voicemail with a specific salesperson, who often does not follow up. And then I have to chase them to get an answer. Which I don’t know why I always have to call and wait for my specific salesperson, when honestly any of their salespeople can answer immediately. This has happened with multiple appliances I’ve purchased, so it’s just their process but it’s frustrating with the standard of service they uphold themselves to. Hopefully they read this feedback and change this, or ensure their salespeople follow up.

If you are in the market for appliances this is the place to go! They have a huge floor display so we were able to see many different makes and models. Our salesperson Pete was very patient and knowledgeable. Our new cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher were delivered in just two days after purchase. Mrs. G’s takes to stress out of appliance purchases, look no further, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent experience beginning to end. The Mrs G showroom has an amazing selection. Purchased a Sub-zero fridge, and worked with an excellent salesperson, Richard Goffman. He made sure all the measurements were correct and that delivery and installation would be flawless. After the delivery there was a small issue which he remedied quickly. Always quick to respond to any question or concern. We were very impressed with the level of service and knowledge.

Pete Foerst did a great job in guiding us to a new microwave. We needed a certain size that would fit in our custom cabinet opening. Nothing was an exact fit. He was very patient and did not rush us. We did not want to wait months until it was available. He found two that were in the warehouse. We were replacing a Bosch that did not work (11 years old). We ended up with a new Bosch. He sent Richie Johnson as the installer. Richie was so skilled in that he had to cut parts of our opening that was too small but needed to cover one opening that was too large. He had to build up the micro. He ordered a piece of brushed stainless to give the appearance of one continuous unit of the micro and the Bosch oven below it. The stainless matched perfectly, and the finished work looks gorgeous. We were so happy that Richie was so skilled.
