Worse manager of this great bank. Speaking with manager about to open a new business account, She said I need appointment, (after She know that I have over 22 y with Bank of America) the costumer attends said that they are slow nothing to do, just hang out each other, then I need appointment…..

Bad service went 12:15 pm and bank open till 4pm there was not waiting and still they don't want to help.

I went last week, there were 8 people ahead of me and only one window working, at least 2 people, it is not possible that customers have to wait 30 minutes or more, pay more attention to that part, please, thank you
