After serval months of contemplating I’m finally canceling my bjs membership. The workers are lazy and NEVER adhere to your replacement requests. The app alerts you that the item is unavailable and then the shopper immediately checks out and doesn’t bother replacing items. What’s the purpose of having the option if you never get your replacements if the item you wanted it out of stock? Also, I’ve gotten bruised fruits. Ive had to exchange my meat because they’ll select spoiled meat! When I do shop in store the berries are never fresh and always spoiled. Ill rather drive the extra 10 mins to Costco because this BJ’s sucks.

The handicap carts are all broken. I'm disabled and forcefully had to order online for pick up. Their employees are very helpful and kind. Especially the lady in customer service.although itwas busy,she was Kool. The lines are ridiculous tho. They need those HANDICAP CARTS in WORKING ORDER AT ALL TIMES

Ordered products online and just picked it up, worse customer service especially the girl Joseline. She was rude and didn’t even acknowledge you when she sees you in front of her. First impression at any facility makes a big difference BJ’s.

Shopped there this morning
It's about time they repaired or replaced those flat carts I had one this morning it was ok till I wanted to make a u turn the wheel jammed.
Also there was only 1 register open the rest were self checkout at 9:00 this morning I was in line longer then it took to do my shopping

Very funny
Guy working in tires has his own policy. No
Propane refill when it’s raining. I was there to refill propane at 3:25pm and it was little drizzling. This was first time I was getting propane from bjs as was Less expensive.
I inquired in and rep in store told me to go to tire department to refill. Person working there was very rude and said we don’t refill propane when it’s raining. I couldn’t understand that and I called customer service. They said there is no such policy in bjs. So guy has his own way to work at bjs.
I asked to give me feedback what action was taken for this harassment and damage paying $40 more for refill from other gas station. They should give me at least one year free membership to compensate.

It's a membership based shop and worth it. It is relatively cheaper and less crowded than the other ones. Also its working hours are till 10 pm so I can plan to visit it even on working days without any issues.

Warning! Do not use the delivery from store! They deliver incomplete 100% of the time, and offer no effort to make it right. If you pay and sign up for their delivery from store service after reading this, it's your fault!

I usually go to the one in edison, but I was in the area...... 3 cashiers, one very long line, another section says debit credit only than a line for 15 items or less on self check out. The left side does not say 15 items or less when I went to go. The person in the area said that because I don't have 15 or less, I can not go there. I need to go to a cashier..... I said that's the other side she said no, all 15 self check outs are for 15 items or less. I am a retail manager, and that's not the way to help get a line down. Edison runs it the right way!
