Walked in this place for the first time and asked for a pedicure, the young lady who attended to me had a attitude from i sat down, never greeted me nothing she started to take off the polish off my toes with the drill and kept stabbing me with it never said sorry no nothing. I had to ask her if she didn't want to do my toes and she kept mumbling under her breath. It was so uncomfortable I asked how much it was to take off the polish, she never even tried to change the tone so I left. I will NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS WHO MAKES ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. Did I mention i had on a short dress she never asked if I wanted a towel to throw over my legs, I ended up asking her for a towel and at first she brought me paper towel, I said no a towel and even that it was like I was bothering her . I only stopped in this place because it was right next to where I had my wax appointment. Never ever again would I ever go there. Definitely made me feel unwelcome.

My regular nail spot was closed on the holiday when I came to future’s it was crowded but at least they took me right away for pedicure the lady that I had did an amazing job with my pedicure and price was reasonable and affordable I believe I found my new favorite nail spot!!! I will definitely be back!!!

I love when i get my feet done from here but im pissed off i spent 65 on my feet and the lady couldn’t do the job right at all cause her nails were long as hell so disappointed i don’t even wanna pay not worth it

They charged my niece $90 for these nails and they look nothing like the inspo pic(black shirt). When we complained they started screaming giving no solutions. Guy upfront ended up giving us $20 because we refused to leave until they solved the issue. Customer service is super poor. Still wasn't worth $70

I can't say enough about Michael & Vivian. I was a little difficult with my design today but they pulled it off with patience and grace. I'll never go anywhere else. They are truly the best. Love you guys.

WORT SERVICE EVER. I asked for a gel pedi, mani soak off and sns mani.
My pedicure was okay, however my nails are HORRIBLE.
I asked for a SNS manicure, which they didn’t have ANY color that I asked for. So I just opted for a gel manicure. The lady did a complete rush job on my nails, chipped one of my nails and put acrylic on it when I didn’t ask for that. The rest of my nails are uneven and the polish is lumpy and they charged me to soak my nails off which I never experienced before.
Gel pedi - $30
Gel mani- $40
Soak off- 10

Where's the 0 stars when you need it?
Making a customer seat, soak their feet in the tub for over 25mins and not coming back to attend to them is the height of ridiculousness. Never coming back again

Disgusting service. The husband Mike is always pleasant however, today I experienced subpare service. I was in the middle of getting my nails done which were un even poorly polished, and just a terrible job. I swiftly stopped her and asked if Vivian ( the owner) can reshape them and fix.. to which she had an immediate attitude, pulling my hands etc so much so that I had to say something to her about her treatment. As someone who frequents I will never go again

This nail salon was recommended by a friend of mine. I had three visits: a full set, a fill-in, and a pedicure. Everyone was nice, but my thumbnail broke, and my real nail is green with some type of fungus. Out of curiosity, I removed two more nails, and they are green too.

Love both of the techs that service me (one for nails one for pedicures). Definitely know who works well with you and your esthetics to get the best service. Ask questions and let them know what you want or need to get the best results. Like any other salon you've got to find your match.

Do not waste your time going here. Just like all the other reviews i’m here to write another one. I’m clearly not the only one having this issue so something has to change here. I got my nails done less than 2 weeks ago and my nails have almost ALL chipped. support at home nail technicians rather than these overpriced low quality nail salons

Came here to get my nails done for prom. Bad idea. Multiple people asked me if my nails were even finished. DO NOT GET FRENCH TIPS HERE. they also ruined my eyebrows. Worst experience I've ever had and they have practically ruined my prom.
