Customer service is great..friendly..but best of all the work..honest and trustworthy..you will not regret going..I plan on a long time relationship ?..if my car could talk it would say..Thanks for taking me to Hometown!

Yes, the front desk lady was absolutely rude. Had a lot of suspension parts removed and replaced. Five months down the road, one of the parts, left axle was confirmed defective by two different mechanic shops. Had to replace the axle with OEM part rather than taking the vehicle back to them and install another defective one just because of warranty. However, I took the defective part over to their shop only to simply bring it to their awareness, in case it will help them scrutinize better where they procure auto parts from. The lady was totally rude; thinking I was there to claim warranty.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY SOLD ME A NEW SUSPENSION ON MY CAR THAT WASN'T NEEDED. I STILL HAVE THE ISSUE AND OUT $1200. THE LADY IN THE FRONT DESK IS VERY NASTY TOO. SHE STARTED SLAMMING THE DOOR AND THINGS WHEN CHALLENGED. THEIR MECHANICS HAD NOTHING TO SAY AFTER MY CAR WAS STILL CLUNKING AROUND. STAY AWAY!!

Refreshing experience! Great service all around. On top of that the team at Hometown Tire & Auto are extremely honest as well as surprisingly affordable. Would definitely recommend giving Matt and his team a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

Needed a tire shop last minute, didn’t have an appointment. They were able to help me from beginning to end from the call in 2 hours and made some great recommendations so my car is safe.
Really cool group of hard working people. Great experience, fair prices and trustworthy.

Run run run away. I took my car to get fixed. They said I had to change the struts and the pricing was fair. I paid and fixed the car. Two months later, the struts went bad again. I had relocated to another state and when I called them to inform them of the bad struts and to see if we could work something out, they said I was completely on my own and there was nothing I could do.The lady on the call was so rude and wouldn’t even let me get out a word. The friendliness and kindness when they wanted my business was gone and they were so impatient and unwilling to help. I wouldn’t do business with people who put profit above customer satisfaction.
