I miss the old branch managers. Over 15 years I have had 4 accounts with PNC. I have had problems over the years with my business accounts. Left messages and always got right back to. ALWAYS resolved my issues immediately while on the phone or in person. This new manager is horrible tired reaching her for days and she was never there. Finally left a message and NEVER called me back. I had to chase her down. Then I finally get her on the phone and tell her my problem. NEVER looked up my account. I asked questions and said well maybe this can happen or maybe that can happen. DID NOT try to help me in anyway. Never resolved my issue. NEVER even tired. NEVER followed up to see if the issue was resolved. I was use to EXCELLENT service from EVERY other Manger so this experience with the new one was very disappointing. Unprofessional and I felt like I was not worth her time. Oh but she was all over me about investing with PNC she sure kept following up with that. So if it benefits her and she can make money or brownie points with PNC. She will chase you. But try to get help and she is useless. Time for a new bank

Name of the branch manager is Judy Rodriguez , terrible service , I have ongoing complaint regarding that my online access was revoked after my credit card account was compromised , the complain was instantly referred to her to resolve , instead attempting to resolve the issue , she was calling me for a promotion , it is like she is in a different world & she did not read that there a complaint on her screen , terrible , three month I am incapable to have an access to my online account for no fault I committed !!!!

I want to mention three employees who I give high praise for: Sudhir, Mariafe, Judy. I consistently go to Sudhir who guides me with my financial wellness and helped me set up deposit/withdrawal/payment/fraud alerts. He is very knowledgeable and relatable. Recently, I was helped by Mariafe and Judy. Before I arrived, I called and Judy gave me a heads up about a long wait time and gave me the option to come and wait or make an appointment. I decided to come and wait which wasn’t that bad. Mariafe asked what I needed and said someone will be with me. As I was sitting, Mariafe checked on me. I noticed Judy running back and forth quickly mentioning a couple times she’ll be right with me. I didn’t mind waiting but I could tell she was serious about making sure I was alright. I really appreciated Judy’s help for my request. She asked about me personally as well which made me feel like a person. She affirmed me and validated me. Thank you so much, Judy and of course Sudhir and Mariafe

I recently had to create a trust account for my mom so she could be eligible for medicaid. I chose PNC because I have been a customer with them for ages. We worked with Luisa and she was beyond helpful. She made every step in the process so easy and quick. She was extremely knowledgeable on the process even though she mentioned she was new to PNC, you would have never know. Everyone at this branch is always very friendly and Luisa follows suit. Judy also assisted us in the process and was also very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good bank that actually treats you a customer should be treated.

Terrible experience where I was given the wrong information regarding when funds would be available. When I went in to get a cashier's check cut for an important purchase, I was told that I had been given the wrong information and they were not able to complete my request. There was apparently no time or desire for them to apologize for their mistake, however there was plenty of time for them to try and upsell me into taking out a loan I did not need even after I had said that I was not interested at this time. Very bad customer experience that made no attempt to provide me with any helpful alternatives. I have been a PNC bank account holder for over 10 years and this branch's incompetence is making me seriously debate pulling all of my money out of my accounts and finding a new bank.

I absolutely love this PNC Branch!! Everybody there is so friendly and helpful. My favorite worker is Luisa! She is such a friendly and competent professional and she always looks so beautiful!

Always great being able to rely on your bank to help you when you need it. PNC does just that and I’m happy to be able to rely on their employees when it comes to answering questions and resolving problems. Truly great customer service !

I am not customer of the PNC bank but my family was and I thought about change my bank account from Bank of America to PNC bank. Bank of America in Bergenfield is closed so we had no other option. But not anymore, I know around USA is short for coins. But we need quarters to wash our cloth so we visited Bergenfield PNC bank and the guy who might be the manager refused to give at least 10 dollar quarters. He only give quarters to his customers at PNC bank. Thank you so much helping Bergenfield community.

It's Sunday and I need services from my PNC Bank which is closed so I'm using their customer service number almost 2 hours I got the runaround they were on qualified to help me, after over 10 years with this Bank and multiple accounts I needed a service that would have been easily handled if their office was open had my plans gone smoothly it would have been taken care of on Saturday due to the weather I had need for their services on Sunday. All I can say is that in a time of need the only time I've had to call them and they were not able to help me at all except to waste my time transfer me to credit card departments which I knew would not be able to help me and I did not ask to be connected to but I guess if you're answering the phones at PNC customer service you'll do anything to pass the customer along when you don't have the answer very disappointed. I will be walking into my Branch tomorrow and discussing further with management which has always been competent and exceeded my expectations . Unfortunately I do not recommend ever using PNC customer service if you have a real problem they cannot help you not train properly or just lazy either way my problem persists and I will let my branch handle it personally with confidence tomorrow. This does not reflect my opinion of PNC Bank services in person only customer service and my experience Sunday the 20th of December when I needed there assistance in solving my need, mind you I had ample funds in multiple accounts yet they weren't able to find me a resolution in my time of need. I gave them one star only because I had to in order to post otherwise zero would have been more appropriate considering the waste of my time for their lack of knowledge and honesty and handling the situation ,if they had told me they couldn't figure out how to help me I could have moved on to other resources, like finding a bank that could help me and diversifying my banking needs in the future.

I went into the drive through to make a withdrawal. *i was the only customer in line* and the inside isn’t open to customers and it took them 20minutes to do it. I asked to see what was taking so long and they said ‘were working on it.’

If the manager Len is unable to answer your questions, he starts becoming very rude and hangs up! First time I thought it was an error, but when calling back he did the same thing!! THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU if your going to be rude to customers! Contacted the corporate number, they agreed his behavior was out of control and unacceptable. He is still there so clearly they don't care for their customers!

Customer service is awful and manager Len is rude and disrespectful. Hangs up on customers rather then hearing them out. Very unprofessional
