If I could give zero stars I would. They messed up on my taxes. They didn't want to fix it. I had to spend hours on the phone with hire up people just to finally get them to fix it. That was 11 months ago and I still haven't gotten my tax return. I will never go back to h&r block. I'll take my chances filling myself at least then I don't have to pay someone $250 to screw up my tax return
