I meant to write this review a long time ago. It’s been a month now, the pharmacist on duty who got there at 9 AM early in the morning, I was patient and kind and just straight up empathetic towards my situation. I was waiting there until it opened for medicine that was desperately needed. I was there for somebody else a patient that was in the hospital the night before. The pharmacist went out of her way to make sure that I got the medicine as quickly and as courteous, and as lovely as she was, I was in a very bad spot in a very bad mood, unfortunately, I took it out on her and then proceeded to tell her how sorry I was because my family member it was in very bad situation. She had nothing but compassion she did things in a timely matter. She even called the ER to double check., the correct dosage, and also how to take the medicine. We were literally blessed again after I 19 our stay in the ER and with little sleep, she saw that my lack of patience was due to my complete concern and emergency situation at my house.
I forget her name right now I wanna say Andy in my starts with an a and she’s the pharmacist there, and she was working the day that I went to the pharmacy. She opened about 10 minutes early. She was trying to get ready and I first end, she was unbelievably kind did everything by the book, and was actually gentle to me during an early morning situation, but I certainly didn’t make it easy for her. I apologize profusely and her and I ended up giving each other a hug because I wanted her to know that it was not me to act like that and she handled it like a pro. She also was kind and just wonderful with other patients as well. She needs to be praised, she needs to get the biggest raise that anybody can ever get. Because my situation and the stress that I was under personally unfortunately was not being hidden and she was a product of that. She took it, she endured my lack of patience, and I am forever grateful for her

Recently was admitted to the pediatric department with my daughter and have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff. I know working through the pandemic the last 2 years has not been easy (as I’m a nurse too) but every person I came across showed their passion and made the stay much more bearable with their happiness. They made my daughter feel so comfortable which is hard to do with a 2 year old. Thank you for all that you do! Special thanks to Dr. Shah and the residents, as well as Janine, Kristen, Amanda, Bianca and Paige! (Sorry if I forgot anyone)

Went to Monmouth Medical Center’s Long Branch drive through testing facility today, 12/28/2021 at 1210pm, for a COVID test. There were five employees inside the tent. I asked them if I can get a test done. The gentleman mentioned I needed an appointment and gave me a form with instructions. Keep in mind there were absolutely no one there getting a test done at the time and there weren’t any patients inside. I downloaded the app as directed, looked at the earliest appointment

Unfortunate I had to visit, but the staff was amazing and got me through quickly for x rays and cutting off my rings and stitching me up within a few hours to be able to see my daughter play soccer at Monmouth on Hesse field. Certainly a memorable visit from Florida! Thanks to everyone -you were amazing!

Went there today for pre surgery testing and have never been treated so poorly of all the people I delt with only 3 were polite and never waited so long for pre admittance testing employees and technicians spent more talking to each other or other patients they knew about non medical conversations and the hospital was dirty and the restrooms were disgusting this is the first and last time I will have surgery there

Was at Cranmer Ambulatory Surgery Center. Nurses were compassionate, professional. Anesthesiologist was wonderful. She explained exactly what was going to take place. Of course my physician was phenomenal. Can’t say enough. Thank you

I can’t begin to tell you how AMAZING your Same Day Surgery is! Unfortunately I don’t remember the names of the staff who took care of me, but their wonderful care made me not worry about my procedure. This was the second time I had my surgery there and rave about my experience. Please pass along to them my appreciation. As someone who worked in healthcare, I know it’s not an easy job no matter what the role. Oh, I also wanted to say how impressed I was with the drive up process for Covid testing. Great system, sweet nurses...all around my experience was 5 stars!

I would never visit this hospital again. The representative assured me they are in contract with my health insurance carrier- only to find out months later that they were wrong. Now I have been fighting hundreds in medical bills for almost a year. I’m either put on hold for hours or hung up on by supervisors. I would have gone to a different hospital had I had the correct information. This has been the worst experience and I would highly discourage anyone from going here.

P.E.S.S. Services - awful experience: indifferent, condescending, irresponsible psychiatric assessment services. Gestapo like tactics interfaced with local police department. No consideration of best interests of patient. Psychiatrist assessment wasn’t even face-to-face; assessed over the phone after nurse interview. Major weak link in the disastrous mental health network in Monmouth County.

MMC is the worst hospital my mother went in with saumous cancer tongue swollen the size of a fist and sent her home after 2 months saying nothing was wrong now she's on hospice they had no care for the elderly
