Brought car in for service twice for a different issue and both times, they found nothing. Only to bring the car back in when the problem resurfaced. Plus, it took over an hour for anyone to look at the car.I used to love this dealership, but it's not the same. It might be time to go somewhere else.

I can say enough Juan Rios is is a stand out employee he went above and beyond for meI did not buy an electric car from him. But he was able to spend some time out of his day to help me out and figure out what cable I needed for the car. if you need anything ask for him he was Fast very responsive.And extremely helpful made my day very easy, thank you.

I had the opportunity to visit the Service Department at Audi Mendham this morning. The issue I was not a major one so I took a chance in going without having an appointment on a Monday morning. Wow! What a great experience! Nelson was an absolute pleasure!! He listened. He was genuinely interested, professional, and knowledgeable. I left with all my issues addressed and feeling appreciated. Way to deliver outstanding customer service. Thank you, Nelson!

Wow! Had a deal closed in 15 min. All remote. Straight to business, no fuss. AMAZING deal. Best best best dealer experience. Other dealers don’t stand a chance- while the others were busy playing games with me Audi Mendham was sending me paperwork to sign ?. Bonnie was kind, professional, and FUN. Maxine in finance was fantastic, easy to work with, got us out of the dealership in less than 45min. Nice low pressure environment. Service department looks nice, I was introduced to them and I will be bring my Audi here for service. The building is beautiful, the dealership is in a really nice town. I’m going back next week to get ANOTHER!

One day you ask your salesman to keep an eye out for a great deal for you and less than a week later you’re driving off in that great deal! I can’t say enough about Chip and the entire Mendham Audi team for working together so quickly on my behalf. LOVE this Q5 and LOVE this team!

NO response from Service Dept. Called to make a routine service appointment. Took all My information and was told a Service Dept. rep would call me back in a view minutes to schedule - I was interested in an appointment in no sooner than 5 days. Waited 24 hours - NO RESPONSE. Called a second time. Had to provide all my information AGAIN and was told someone from Service would call me shortly to schedule. It has been more than 2 DAYS since my second call and NOTHING. Not wasting my time here any longer - moving on and you should too.

They have absolutely terrible service. Good luck on reaching them by phone. They over charge on unnecessary service and then charge you for services never provided. I would stay away unless you want to be scammed out of money.

Brought my daughter's Q5 here for service and had a horrible experience. The quotes for front brakes were 4 times as high as the local mechanic for the same work using high performance parts. The vehicle was never cleaned and left in much worse condition than when it was dropped off. Greasy hand prints all over the drivers side door, (white car) floor mats were messy. Car was kept an extra day because we were never notified when the work was completed. Will never use this shop again!

I had a fantastic experience working with Chip and the team at Audi of Mendham to purchase my car. From our first meeting, Chip asked questions and listened carefully. We even talked about where I grew up initially and found out we had a connection to my hometown!Throughout the process, Chip was incredibly straightforward and transparent. He always gave his honest opinion (not a sales pitch) and showed his trustworthiness. I also really appreciated that he kept me proactively updated along the way.The buying experience was fantastic -- thanks to Chip and the team!

We came to service our car, booked a shuttle bus to the mall/gym using their website phone number/call service, when we came, Casey laughed and said that he has nothing to offer us in terms of transportation and we should just hang out here, while servicing is being done. No courtesy vehicle was available. At least the internet connection is decent. Also service garage is in the same building and it smells like gasoline and exhaust fumes in the building! Go to Edison branch if you want audi amenities! (Bell Audi)

I worked with Chip on purchasing an A4. He listened to what I was looking for and, of all the people I worked with while car shopping, I felt that Chip was the only one that took the time to really understand my needs and find options to fit my criteria. As a result, I felt that I got an exceptional value from the purchase because it was a great car and what I truly wanted and needed. Chip was also very responsive to all of my messages and helping arrange all of the details of the purchase. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Audi Mendham and feel lucky that I got to work with Chip on the process. I will definitely be a return customer.

Christmas eve my husband comes home with a "red bow" gift. I had no idea until Christmas morning and what a surprise. I met Chip 2 days later at Audi of Mendham and Chip was nothing short of tremendous from the first call to when I took delivery of the car. He was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle and sat with me for an hour showing me about my beautiful 2022 Audi Q3. He happily answered every single one of my calls and emails along the way while I waited for license plates. His service didn’t end there. He’s called and written a few times since taking delivery just to see how things are going with the vehicle. Great experience, great service with Chip at Audi Mendham. Chip deserves 5 stars but the dealer as a whole is deceptive. Read your paperwork know what your finance rate is on your monthly payment. READ!! ASK QUESTIONS!! We were given 9% on a 6 year loan and had no idea!! Shame on us!! We were so concerened about our CRV trade in that we were duped. Lauren's a snake!! Go to Chip stay away from the rest!! Be an educated consumer because she played my husband!!

Had the best experience at Audi of Mendham. Chip was exceptional from the start of the buying process to the end. Can not recommend Audi of Mendham enough, but mainly Chip who was the best sales associate I’ve ever dealt with when it came to buying a car. Five stars all around!!!

Sales staff was nice during purchase . Service staff has been difficult to contact ! 35 days later and endless phone calls and my car still hasn’t been registered! Sales women Lauren won’t call me back , fiancé manager Jeff randomly responds to emails texts and phone calls and even after getting the sales manager involved my car hasn’t been registered! Dealer states in email ‘ we will pay any tickets you receive ‘ that’s not good enough ! Would never purchase or recommend this dealership to anyone. Update nov 28 i received a call from my insurance company out of the blue questioning if my car was registered and where was my car located . I told them the car wasn’t registered do to the incompetence of the dealership and i drove the car to work . With that my agent let me know that technically the car shouldn’t be driven on the road and if i were to get into an accident i could be subject to arrest and my rates ‘ may’ increase or i could be dropped all together! With that i immediately text Jeff the person responsible for not having my car registered and confronted him with this information. He immediately blamed me for his incompetence at which point i lost my patience. After having him tell the sales manager to call me ‘larry’ i still don’t have license plates and they best they can do is ‘early ‘ next week ! This has been and continues to be the worst car buying experience of my life ! Just remember as soon as you walk out the door at Mendham Audi no one cares! I should be offered a loaner or they should pay for a rental neither option was offered ! The saga continues . Day 38 . Update December 3rd and car still isn’t registered! They have refused to provide transportation other then driving the car they failed to register!
