This bank is toooooo slow. You need to take time off of work to come to the drive thru. Take the atm drive up out and put another line for the drive they for the time being.

PNC Bank should not allow people to walk up in the drive through they need to open up the inside of the bank and let people walk in or have a walk-up window require people to have a face shield on and not a mask to come inside the bank they need to figure this out because you should not have to sit behind a bunch of people standing in the Drive-Thru and it's unsafe
