I was treated horrible by a teller named Iesha she was rude she was talking about a customer at the drive thru when she came to the window she was rude to me and her coworker her coworker heard everything and seen it I asked for help and received none and then was approached by security after I was treating wrongly this is not how a customer should be treated she pushed my documents back thru the window and refused to help me and then I was made to be the instigator .I went the the East Orange branch and was treated fairly and nicely and had no problems .

Received my bank statement without the cashed check copies.When I called to inquire about the copies. I was told there is now a charge for something that use to come with the bank statement when they were Investors Bank. I'm totally disgusted.

It is my greatest regret that this branch has access to my accounts and personal information. On at least two occasions the staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. At my last visit , the teller confused my account with another party’s account and gave me information on that person’s account that I should not have been privy to. When gently corrected, the teller became defensive and denied her error although I was standing there with information on an account that was not my own. She was very rude, incompetent and unprofessional. I have not been back since and wanted to block that branch from having access to my accounts but that’s not possible ( I was told) if the accounts remain active. I use another branch in South Orange which is exceptional in its service. I do not want the staff at the Sanford Street branch involved in my financial affairs. Very scary.

I went into the bank to get change a $100 Bill and the teller would not give me change because I did not have an account. She did not check the bill or anything. Very poor establishment thst can not assist the community.
