Brought car in to get fixed after an accident and it took them more than a month to fix. They were unresponsive the whole time, i had to go there unannounced to get my car. My vehicle converter was repaired with incorrect universal parts. Check engine sign kept coming. Repair shop was unable to fix it.

The staff at Mr.Branco's Auto Body Shop made my car look brand new! Quick, efficient, They always contacted me to give me an update on the repairs, making sure I was in the loop during the repair process. I didn't think my car would run the same after my accident, but driving it now it's as if nothing happened. I am impressed and will refer them always. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you for the great work.

The woman claiming to be the owner of this establishment is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She must have never had any customer service training whatsoever. I will not do business here but I will be sure to let everyone in need of Autobody service not to come here.

Walter the detailer at this shop is so thorough. The vehicle always comes back like it is a new car at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Couldn't ask for someone more willing to please the customer.
