I have had multiple issues with the pharmacy at this location, which has ended in the pharmacy manager hanging up on me. Their system was unable to properly process my insurance, so I was told that when I came back for my next refill, the amount that I was forced to pay out of pocket would be refunded. The pharmacy manager claims that no one could have told me that because that is not their policy, and when I tried explaining that perhaps she should review that with her employees, as that was exactly what I was told, she hung up on me. (I had already asked if there was anyone else I could speak to. She said no.)They will frequently tell you that your prescription is no longer valid because they only last for 30 days. Last time I actually submitted my refill request on the 30th day, but I was still told the same thing, and it was rejected. Apparently they need to physically acquire the medication and successfully fill it within 30 days, so if you are looking for some thing, uncommon or with stock issues, this is a major hazard. They will not honor either of the refills I have on my anxiety medication, which I cannot get a new prescription for as that doctor is now out of net work. And the pain medication I take every day cost me 41 times the amount it should under my insurance. (Which again, was fully paid, had my insurance card, but was forced to pay out of pocket due to *their* system.)A very upsetting situation with absolutely no consideration for the fact that you are dealing with necessary medication. There was absolutely no need to have been callous about it.

Visited for passport photo, but they said they don’t offer that service.Don’t trust info on the website. Also they used f-word quite often. Worst staff ever.

PCR Covid test review only... Start off... this is the first Covid test I've ever taken so I wasn't sure of the process. Traveling out of country in a few days. I booked online and then came here for a scheduled PCR Covid test. The email instructions were to go to the drive-thru and the test will be conducted there. The lady at the drive-thru gave me a run down and the self test was quickly handled... In and out in the matter of minutes. I was told in 72 hours an email of results were to come, BUT not even 30 hours later the email was sent to me with my result.

Made appointment for Covid booster shot. Short wait and friendly staff. The staff seemed well organized even though there plenty of people waiting for shots or Rx pickup. Thank you.

The worst customer service. I have been trying to reach someone in their pharmacy dept., they keep picking up and hanging up. I tried asking for the store manager I get the same treatment. THE WORST.

We have a pandemic raging, Bergen county has the worst possible level of danger. This pharmacy is supposed to have a drive through window so you don't have to walk inside the store. But they put a sign on their window that their phone system is broken and that people have to come in. It is not true, they are lying! I called them from home to ask if they could mail me my meds because I did not want to walk inside the store and they assured me that their phone system had been fixed. Then when I got there the sign was still in the window and they motioned that I had to come inside the store. When I told them I would report them, because I had called on the phone and they told me they had fixed the problem, they immediately picked up the window phone and did everything right. So (1) the phone system at the drive-through window is NOT BROKEN, and (2) when you call and they tell you the drive-through system is fixed, they are also LYING! With a pandemic raging on, this laziness on their part is ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL. If you must use this pharmacy, use the drive-through window and DEMAND that they serve you at the window.

I went in to buy a Xbox live gold gift card and when I got home it says it was already redeemed. So I basically got scammed out of $25. Not sure if this was Walgreens or Microsoft's fault but I still lost my money. Worst part is that I can't return it or get a refund because it's a gift card.

I am a repeat customer and this one location because I live nearby. The staff are very very helpful in particular one young lady name Emily I often see her doing all these diff jobs from stocking shelves, helping customers cashier, cleaning the parking lot and much more. I would love to have an employee like her one day it’s people like her that make your business Successful.

5 stars for their pharmacy technician Carolina!!! Exceptional customer service, knowledge, patience and professionalism!!! She was helping me today with my prescription which was messed up by Express Script-I am dealing with them for about 2 months and Carolina took it upon herself to fix it and help us! Her service was super pleasant and on point!! Thank you for your time and help!
