I made a purchase this past Friday, 12/8/23, and I was checked out at the register by an employee, a very large African/American woman with very short black hair & glasses. She was rude, unfriendly & made her disdain for me very apparent, making me feel awful, but the more I thought about this interaction with her, I felt less hurt & more angry! Please, to "The Arc management" speak to this woman about her behavior, I also witnessed her being less than kind to another shopper. If I visit the store again and I see her there I will immediately leave. Perhaps she would be more suited for a position where she isn't required to interact with customers.

Love this thrift shop. Always clean with a good selection. A designer clothes section as well as lots of brand new clothes. Lots of collectables. Decent amount of furniture, as well as brand new mattresses. Clothing is sorted by type, size, and the shirts are even sorted by color which I like quite a bit. I think pricing is fair and they usually have sales on certain items posted. There's a good sized dressing room to try things on.

Just love a thrift store that has a list of prices and then you get to the counter and they want to charge me 3 times as much. I don't know what it is with the arc and their "thrift" stores that think they are an antique store. DO NOT DONATE TO THE ARC. Just like Goodwill they are a corporation. They are not a non profit.

Very nice their store. Clean and neat. Everything in order. The 2 ladies that worked there were very nice. And the idea of the proceeds go to help people with disabilities is a plus.

I bought a brand new mattress and box spring at a great price. Also, I bought a fantastic butcher block table that seats 6 way,way better price than anywhere else. Got a fabulous decorative plate in a stand and a huge, huge 7 foot room mirror --you need to check that out as they have more!! Great store, fantastic staff. Fast delivery!! Excellent experience. Stop in.

No longer a thrift store! Prices are way too high! They need to list their items on Ebay and pay the packaging and shipping and the 10% that Ebay takes!! I miss the old store!!

I was on vacation from San Francisco and went to the one on English Creek Blvd and spent one hour and $100.00 and it’s the best thrift store in South Jersey!!!
