The staff was very friendly and professional—especially Yazan, who went above and beyond to help me. He really knew what he was doing, and I’ve honestly never seen someone so competent at their job. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for him specifically. Highly recommend doing the same!

30 minutes to be issued a cashiers check because the teller couldn't clear checks over a certain amount and the management had to reset a password which added to the delay. It seems this place is always understaffed. If you're in a hurry or have a time sensitive matter I would choose another branch

I went to Chase Lake Hiawatha today to have documentation notarized. I met with Pia T. (Head Teller), who was kind, respectful, understanding, and patient with our questions. She took the time to explain the steps to us and far surpassed our expectations!
