After going to Green Cross for over 15 years I was turned down today. Tax season is over May 17th. You would think that they care about keeping long time customers. We are all living difficult times with a pandemic..homeschooling etc. The person was rude and unprofessional. Way to go Green Cross and to think this is a God fearing cristian business. I will be taking my business elsewhere . Word of mouth is a double edge sword,. it can make or break a businessPerhaps if I was undocumented I would have gotten better service!!!

stop calling me using a private number, my phone will not pick up private number, it will go straight to voicemail. I dropped off my paper work there on march 5th and no progress. it took them a month to try to call me and when they called me it's a private number. very un professional

Horrible service I’ve been trying to call them and no answer and it’s always closed and I haven’t gotten a call or nothing back and I’m falling to get my papers back to filed somewhere else and nothing and they have all my papers
