The worst office of them all. With three people in line I decided to wait in line to complete my transaction ( could not be processed throught debit card), 45 minutes later I was finally taken care of. 45 minutes to take care of three people. There were two tellers when I walked in but as soon as she finished with the person she was dealing with she disappeared. So 3 people (I was the 4th) took the one teller 45 minutes!!! How is this office still open?!? Horrible , Horrible, horrible, strongly considering switching banks!

This bank sucks, I went in there to get some change and I didn’t have my I.d or debit card because I was at work and the manager or whatever she was told me that without it I couldn’t get change because “they needed to look me up†I feel like she just didn’t want to give it to me.... whatever I’m going to be closing my money market savings account their loss ! As soon as I get home I’m withdrawing all my money out ! Side note there’s only one teller even when there’s 50 people in line , cheapest corporation ever !!!!!

This bank is HORRIBLE ! And the staff is even worst. I went to cash a check that was under Bank of America so I brought my ID expired and Gave it to them. Told the tell I lost my New ID and they wouldn’t cash it. WASTED ALL MY TIME. ( waited 30mins in line btw ) My face my name everything matched but because my It was my expired ID I couldn’t cash it. The only bank that ALWAYS give a hard time. THANK GOD! I closed my account with them. HORRIBLE ! I only gave them 1 star just cause I couldn’t give them a ZERO!
