I had a platinum BoA credit card, that I used for online purchases. I was contacted by the fraud department to verify some purchases, I had immediately told them that it wasn't me. I'm in NJ, the charges were made in Puerto Rico. They refunded the charges and said they would investigate. 2 weeks later, the charges were reversed and I received notification that they concluded that I had made the purchases. I called back and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that nothing could be done, I explained to them that I could prove that I wasn't in Puerto Rico, they wouldn't hear it. So I waited one more week, called again, nothing resolved. So I paid the bill of $200, THAT I DID NOT MAKE, waited for a zero balance and closed the acct today. I will NEVER AGAIN OPEN ANYTHING WITH Bank of America.

There is always one sometimes maybe two tellers in the front and they take forever to help you. I walked in for a Debit card replacement and the lady at the front desk did not want to help because I did not have an appointment. She said she could not leave the front unattended, it is always unattended when I go in ??♀️!

During this pandemic no one's cleaning the atm machines. The machines take a whole hour to fix everything. No where to sit while waiting. Horrible experience.

Why is it that there's many employees working in this branch and there's only 1 teller assisting customers. It's ridiculous the amount of time each persons has to wait to be attended.

The worst office of them all. With three people in line I decided to wait in line to complete my transaction ( could not be processed throught debit card), 45 minutes later I was finally taken care of. 45 minutes to take care of three people. There were two tellers when I walked in but as soon as she finished with the person she was dealing with she disappeared. So 3 people (I was the 4th) took the one teller 45 minutes!!! How is this office still open?!? Horrible , Horrible, horrible, strongly considering switching banks!
