The people there were not helpful at all. I had issues with the automatic payment and it taking a day to process that payment so I was left with no service for a day. When I asked why I didn’t have service if they took the money from my card. They told me I probably don’t have money in the card even after showing them the payment being taking from it. They told me to call customer service and after calling I was not able to speak to nobody. Overall I wouldn’t recommend having a phone plan with them

The owner there is very friendly, they always help their customers with good recommendations and have cellphones for all budgets. You can make payments for your cellphone and buy accessories for them!!
