The guy that's working in the pharmacy right now is rude & 0 help. Don't get covid tested here, they misplace your papers for your SCHEDULED (ONLINE, in case they read this:*) appointment. Then when you call them back, since they know my number... they aren't answering. Not professional by any means. Wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of ppl get false positives getting tested here anyways BOOOOOOOOOO

These people are absolutely racist!!!! I came just to buy tooth paste. One of the employee’s came over and asked if everything was ok and they both looked at me as if like they thought I was stealing. The sad part is these employees are of minority!!! Do better people! With all that’s going on in the world you can’t be serious!!!!!

I am super impressed at how clean and safe they are keeping this store. Every time I have been in lately they are constantly cleaning and enforcing the 6 foot policy! I commend you all for doing what you can and staying open for the community

Great times, very clean and organized farmacy, nice and helpful staff, Rite Aid is ones of my favorite places to buy my hair products and my medicines, excellent prices, fantastic holiday season stuff, delightful atmosphere.

Pharmacy takes no precautions when dispensing medications. Multiple times they have dispensed a generic brand when it is noted in my profile that I cant not take the generic verison, due to increased migraines with auras as a side effect. Yet they continue to ignore this and tell me its the same medication, even when called and reminded to not dispense the generic version. While it may have the same active ingredients the generic fillers cause me severe side effects. Surely a pharmacist would know this, no? Instead of insisting its the same medication and ignoring my health.

Poorly managed and racially biased. My step daughter who is African-American tried to apply for a job recently and was told they weren't hiring but there's a big sign on the door saying "Associates Needed." Two days later they hired a new Latina girl and she said it was an on-the-spot interview. The manager is a racist and I will be filing a complaint with City Hall and Corporate.

This place is the worst pharmacy ever I went there because I try to get pneumonia shot because I have problems breathing and the pharmacist didnt wanted to give it to me when my primary doctor said that it's okay to me to get it they should close this business up a girl that works in the pharmacy name Maria gave me a bad attitude and told me that insurance company doesn't pay for it when the insurance company pay for the shots she didn't wanted me to get it she she obligated me and not to get it she treat me nasty and very bad Maria the pharmacy technician she is very racist because I'm black she didn't want me to get the shot the pneumonia shot this Pharmacy suck

Selection is ok. The staff however is not. Be prepared to wait and likely get a headache. There never seems to be a quick in and out at this location. High staff turnover so the staff is not ever very knowledgeable at all.

Very unprofessional, there is this college kid that has a very arrogant attitude, very impolite. This business did not even clean the sidewalks after the past horrible blizzard and what actually made me write this review, my toddler is being treated for something similar to epilepsy, after being hospitalized, the nurses called in the prescription, since this pharmacy is the closest to my house when I stopped by to pick it up they didn't have it and said it would take three days for them to get it, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU GET? they didn't even contact me to inform me of the situation. These people should not be on business.

THE SLOWEST check out ever. There is usually just one cashier no matter how long the lines get or what time of day. Plan to spend 15-20 here even if ur planning to grab one thing and be in and out.

This is a well managed store with a surprisingly helpful staff. In a more general sense the store brands of things like skin lotion etc. seem to the equal of the 'national' products.

I enjoy the warm and friendliness of the pharmacy staff they are talkative and call me by name and I get my prescriptions on time. The downside of rite aid is the annoying security guard that follows you like your trying to steal stale food out of the store and the slow ass check out lady that's always at the front counter but overall a great place to shop.
