This pharmacy location is the slowest and annoying place to get service. If you go in person there is a line out the door, if you call to ask a question before you go into the location, the answer the call and put you on hold for 15 minutes , come back on and place you on hold for another 30 minutes and another 30 minutes, then the phone started to ring again and the hold process starts all over again. You spend more than an hour on hold and no one answer your call.

had another horrible experience at this walgreens pharmacy. They are rude they said im not able to wait when i live an hour away. Everytime I go there they give me anxiety like im doing something wrong when i have never seen a pharmacy ran like a zoo....3 hours to get one script and treated like complete garbage. I would give zero stars if i could. Also for writing this they will be even more horrible to me

The drive through Covid testing is super slow took an hour for the girl to gather my info and give me tho Covid test!! They need to hire someone who is competent

Run don't walk away from this pharmacy I have had nothing but problems. From miscommunication, customer service,and willingness to help with insurance issues. I've chosen to take my business to another location. Don't waste your time or patience with this location. It's a shame too location is convenient but I would rather take the ride elsewhere.

I shop there almost everyday. If you apply for rewards card. You can enjoy the deals they have. For example candy bars that go for $2 you can find them for $1. Drinks such as Arizona Which cost a little over a dollar. I got 3 for $2. The employees are well trained. I gave it 4 stars only because the wait in line can sometimes be caused by short staffing

I wouldn’t give this place 1 star if I could. There’s been problem after problem with this place. I placed orders for meds and they either don’t have any in stock or it’s always delayed. Lines are always long and they take med orders out of the system AFTER they say they are ready and then lie about it and say it was never filled. I’ve learned my lesson and will be going to another pharmacy ASAP. I get that there is a problem with medication being in stock but all of the time ? No that’s ridiculous.

I had a bad experience today around 10:00 p.m. where I went to get some medicine for my wife and the one who attended to me did not put the phone down at all, did not pay attention to her work, I asked her a question about the medicines and he treated me with a bad attitude I told her to charge me for some winter flip flops and I saw the price and I told her that that was not the price that they were half price and the young woman did not pay attention to me because she was on her cell phone texting and I told her to please pay attention to me that I am a client and that it was disrespectful texting and not attending to the client she threw the pills in a basket as if they were garbage he left with an unprofessional attitude and had another person to take care of me walgreens should have a strict policy about cell phones because they are working with patients' medicines and they hire these young people who do not have the capacity for this job and they disrespect one as if it were b asura i hope discipline is taken about this

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to!Wish I read the reviews before stopping by. Lines are terrible, you typically have to wait for about 20-30mins just to be attended to.Ok now to my experience.. I get there after waiting for so long in the lines to drop off a prescription, I’m told to be back in 1hr 30mins for pickup. I return back 3hours later - of course the lines are forever long! I wait couple of minutes and get to the front just to be told my order isn’t in the system?????!!!! That I have to wait for another 30 minutes to pick up my prescription.. Like literally I felt defeated and helpless! I’m never coming back .. This place needs to be closed down!

This dirty and poorly stocked Walgreen's is more a zoo than a pharmacy or store. The place is regularly understaffed, especially in the Pharmacy. I've waited for over an hour just to give them a new prescription. They are so slow that you will see them frequently take more than 20 minutes to help a single customer. Last week, with 11 customers waiting in line, the only person at the pharmacy register chatted in Spanish (I think they assumed I only soke English) about friends and relatives and made fun of people waiting in line. I've moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The staff were wonderful and nice. They ran around like crazy. Walgreens needs a different system for vaccines though, I wasn’t given mine till 40 min after my appointment time which I was there early for to be sure I was checked in and all paperwork done. WALGREENS HIRE ANOTHER person NOT YOUR PHARMACIST to give vaccines. I only gave 3 stars because the staff was great. But their system leaves a lot to be desired.

So delayed, bad customer service and takes numerous attempts just to get anyone on the phone. It's irritating trying to get my prescriptions refilled over the phone from this place. Sometimes when I try to automate my refills, it sends me straight to a rep that NEVER wants to pick up the phone. Staff needs to be more professional. Just a hassle to deal with.

I see a lot of awful reviews about the pharmacy but people expect their prescriptions to be filled instantly. Doctors send over prescriptions over and then patients come right away and expect them to be filled and customer often down talk the technicians helping them. The technicians are very helpful and are so understaffed…which is such a shame. I appreciate all the hardworking women there who fill my prescriptions. I’m tired of people treating them horrible and they deserve better by both the management there and the customers. It’s not their fault. Walgreens has very little technicians, low pay, and will not close if they do not have enough people. They are forced to work in a unsafe environment. So they are trying their best. Please be respectful

So it’s quite understandable that in the current state we r in , this crazy pandemic that there a longs lines and wait times r high and they ally of stores are understaffed. I get it truly I do. But to be clear this particular Walgreens has had this problem for YEARS!!!! I switched my pharmacy because of the extreme level of distinction. Now fast forward to today. I came in last night actually the line was backed up to aisle 1!!!!!! After waiting 40 minutes and barely moving I left. Came back this morning and of course my mother in laws meds were not ready EVEN THOUGH THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY SINCE LAST NIGHT!!!!! Now after calling my order is ready. And where am I ???? Yet again…. In a line that is ridiculously long and hardly moving. This store really needs to do better. This is unheard of. My time is of value just like anyones else!!!! Nor do I want to be crammed in a store with a bunch of sick people waiting for there medication.

Terrible testing facility. Waited very long in the drive thru to take the test, they seemed a bit unorganized and understaffed which is not to employee’s fault. However they didn’t make sure the carrier picked up all test samples so I have still yet to receive my results from the test I took a week ago. I needed this test for my job and am now in trouble with my employer. It also took waiting on hold for 30 minutes to get an answer to what happened to my test. Just go to a better functioning pharmacy for important COVID testing and other necessities.
