Placed an order through Doordash and was missing 2 items from my daughter's kid's meal. FYI, the kid's meal has 3 items in it - burger, fries and milk. Both the burger and milk were missing. We called the restaurant and the manager unapologetically blamed either the dasher or my husband, THE CUSTOMER for the missing items. Didn't even try to rectify the situation. We made sure to report this restaurant to DoorDash.

Very loud staf always cursing and coughing very loudly in the kitchen, always has attitudes never gets my order right, managers straight up tell you they dont care . As soon as you walk in it smells like bathroom, those bathrooms are horendous .

Service terrible. If u want breakfast go to another place. This Confidence girl either needs a hearing doctor or better training. Has a whole attitude because she messed up my order. Told me to come to the window after making me repeat myself 4 times then takes the guy behind me order. Then got my order wrong 5 times. She needs help. I don't usually get mad at fast food workers especially with now but she needs training.

This place is the worst. Food is absolute slop. Don't waste your money. Food is old and cold. complaining does no good. Inside the restaurant tables are dirty and fly infested, drink machines are empty, trash cans full and bathrooms dirty and disgusting. This company does not care. Years ago the burgers were good tasty and hot. Now they would rather serve it out the window to you rather than throw it in the garbage which is where it belongs. Dave Thomas must be rolling in his grave. So sad such a shame how far this company has fallen in quality and service from years back. When I complained after wasting 21.00 on food we threw out the corporate sends me out coupons for free frosty and small cheeseburger. Attention: Wendy's Corporate management, Go F yourself.

i went to wendy’s around 6:20 ish to get a regular cheeseburger and then after hearing how the manger was talking to his employees made me turn around. The manger was talking so nasty i lost my appetite... i felt so bad for the employees god bless them.
