Napa East is a pleasure to deal with. I damaged a clock I had purchased several years ago, and they quickly and efficiently repaired it, and were friendly and helpful to boot! I highly recommend them for the interesting and creative items they sell, and the nice way they do it!

I would give 3.5 starts if possible. Customer service is SLOW to respond after you spend thousands of dollars with them and they have your money. Their attention to detail needs to improve on the barrel chairs. All 6 of my chairs required modifying the front support as they were too long and allowed the chair to wobble. Add to that, the support was weak and most (4 of them) would sway left and right which would not last too long before becoming a breaking point. I had to add solid oak 1" X 3" solid oak supports on every chair to create a proper stability. Also, they ship the barrel chairs out with chunks of wine residue all over the inside they flakes off everywhere. I had to spend over an hour per chair to bring them to secure the front post properly and clean all the breaking away debris from inside that was making messes all over my room.

I ordered a wine barrel lid at a festival show as a gift for my wife. The item showed up, looks just like the design I picked except the two large gouges in the face. I have tried to contact them by phone and email to get the lid replaced. When my CC company contacted them they sent a letter saying they would not replace it, saying I had buyers remorse. No, we would just like an undamaged lid that we paid for.
