I gave one star bcos I didn’t have any other option please don’t waste ur money & time.Took 2:30 hr just for shampoo & blow out.Ended in a ugly look & my hair turned out so dry & unhealthy.The product they use is very worst & makes ur hair terrible dry ??I’m literally crying Had to go to my regular salon to get it fixed. Omg Ur natural hair will end in a disaster .

I got the worst haircut of my life here. Asked for my curtain bangs to be trimmed but instead got really short straight across bangs. They are so ugly I can’t wear them normally and will have to wear a hat until it grows out. Also spent the whole night crying over this. I’ve never been embrassed about my appearance before. I’ve also never had a bad experience like this as I absolutely loved my curtain bangs prior. I wasn’t rude and didn’t complain to the hair stylist (his name was Ricky) but i truly don’t think he even knew what curtain bangs were. I don’t want to trash on the guy who cut my hair but instead to just warn others to be carefulService: Haircut
