“Had brakes changed for my Audi A4. Service was pretty smooth and quick. Mariana provided the initial information for repair work, while Mohammed explained all other maintenance items that needed attention. He was very helpful in keeping the costs down on these as well as brakes. His team also quickly rectified the issue when dashboard light came on for brakes as I reached back home after the replacement work. Highly recommend this place for any European auto work.”

“Went to Kings based on location. Had used that same body shop when it was owned by the previous person. I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander for repair and the owner and estimator were very nice and I got it back when they promised and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. They did a great job and I want to let them know that I was satisfied and they took care of all of the back and forth with the insurance company. I would highly recommend based on my experience”

I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and have NEVER had an experience like this! Let’s be honest – buying a new car is not fun at all but Buhler is the EXCEPTION! When I walked through the front door I was greeted warmly by Lynn (who couldn’t do enough for you by the way) and explained my unique situation and exactly what I was looking for. Without hesitation she paired me up with the BEST SALESMAN I have ever met, Brendan Cooper. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and promised me right away he was going to do his best to get the van I needed for my daughters and I. He was so knowledgeable and I learned so much from him. It is very rare to meet a salesman with a heart like this guy has. He was so sympathetic, and kind and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was not pushy at all and went above and beyond for me. This dealership did not waste a minute of my time playing “games” and was upfront and honest. When it was time to sign the papers I was brought to Andrew Rocco, who was a delight and had everything ready to go to get me in and out quickly and answered any questions I had. This dealership did A LOT for my family and I will forever be grateful that we have the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Brendan has a huge heart and is always a call or email away if any questions pop up and is so responsive! When I went to get our new license plates he again spent soooo much time with me going over the car, and even let my little girls assist him in putting on the license plates – it was the highlight of their day lol. This guy is an all around terrific guy and I have told all my family, friends, and colleagues about my experience. I am a first time customer at this dealership and will now be a lifetime customer and never need to look anywhere else. I cannot think of a single complaint or anything at all that I would change. “I have a 2017 Lexus 450 hybrid. As soon as it went out of warranty I was done with the dealer. I only use Brica. He’s is a great mechanic. He is honest, reasonably priced and doesn’t procrastinate. He tells you exactly what you need and nothing more. I’ve had mechanics tell me I needed things when I’ve stopped for gas or whatever and I’ve gone by Brica and he’s checked it and said nope not yet. He doesn’t gouge you. He doesn’t create work. I live over an hour from his shop and only bring my car to him and no where else. Three of my friends live in Maryland and bring their cars to Brica. They got sick of lying mechanics in Maryland. My niece brings hers from Philadelphia. My godson from Brooklyn. We’ve had cars towed to him rather than take chances with unknown mechanics. He’s the best.”
